There is nothing worse then a bully and after being terrorized by one for 2 decades the small town of Skidmore Missouri had enough. In 1981, in broad daylight, Ken Rex McElroy was gunned down in front of 60 witness but to this day the case remains unsolved and the people of this town claim that none of them saw a thing.
