In this episode we discuss the many different aspects of what it takes to be a head coach. With special guest Doug Killgore, who is a retired AD and School Administrator who works with the NIAAA to help train AD's and Coaches' around the country, we lay the groundwork for the many aspects of becoming a head coach that most people fail to realize until they get the job.
