The team from Paratus meets Tom Chen, Professor in Cyber Security at his faculty in City University of London. Technically he suggests a 'Secure by Design' approach and economically feels that there needs to be some Government regulations or penalties for companies failing to adhere to security processes (however he believes this won't happen until a big security disaster happens).
