He then started out as a stand-up comedian, and after a few bad shows, retreated and started writing poems. He speaks to Jamie and Tom about all of this and more, including where his love of comedy came from, and tells the story of when he and Jamie became the very best of friends. Plus, he gives us an exclusive reading from his new anthology of poems ‘Chapters’, which is available for pre-order here.
