Today, we discuss the winner of the legislation of the year award. Tennessee HB 726 is the most comprehensive interposition bill written to date. It empowers the governor, legislature, state courts, counties, and even the people to engage in constitutional interpretation and ban any unconstitutional act of any federal branch from being enacted within the state. I explain why this bill is the key to our budding framework of pushing de facto national divorce and how it’s much more achievable than any other day. I offer a crash course in why this is in line with what our founders wanted. They believed in a decentralized approach to constitutional interpretation, not judicial supremacism. We cannot live in the same country with those who believe in poisoning our own people and then laying it all on the line for Ukraine. We need national divorce. But how do we achieve this if the red states are compromised by fake Republicans in every statehouse? I note that there are growing signs that conservatives fleeing blue states are injecting a new sense of urgency and zeal in the politics of red states. Nowhere is this more evident than with the Greater Idaho movement and eastern Oregonians seeking to make Idaho great again in more ways than one. We’re joined by Matt McCaw of Citizens for Greater Idaho, who discusses the historic vote last week in Idaho. For the first time, the legislature agreed to begin negotiations with Oregon to transfer the eastern part of Oregon. What we’ve learned the past few years is that our government is willing to let people die en masse in order to achieve its objectives. Officials are willing to completely contradict their methods to achieve the same objective as needed. So whereas with COVID they used things like masks to ramp up the fear factor, with the chemical explosion in East Palestine, they are trying to cover it up, so they want to avoid the fear of people wearing PPE. This is why they refuse to evacuate the citizens. We’re joined by senior industrial hygienist Kristen Meghan Kelly, who tells us how the regulatory agencies tasked with avoiding pollution and disasters are the biggest polluters. She explains why these people should have been evacuated and how they should have been guided with the proper protocols for hazardous exposure. She offers some advice for those forced to remain there. This is why these agencies must be abolished. This is not reason to give the EPA even more power! At what point does government negligence in East Palestine, Ohio, become criminal? What we’ve learned from COVID and the vaccines is that our own government will engage in actions that cause mass deaths to its own people and tell us what we see in front of our eyes is not happening. I’m joined today by Heidi Jennings, a teacher’s aide, who lives just a quarter-mile from the train derailment and explosion. She gives us a vivid description of what it’s like to live there. The smell is constant and even getting worse. She had to take her daughter to the ER twice because of rashes and breathing problems, the very symptoms associated with exposure to these carcinogens. Other residents are experiencing the same. They are being told there is absolutely no problem and are not getting any help medically, financially, or logistically from either the state or federal government.
