The partial federal shutdown is a joke born out of nonsense, with both parties agreeing to keep our economy, society, and system of government shutdown. Today, I explain why our economy is shut down with Trump reneging on his promise to focus on the forgotten man and instead offering favors to Pfizer and Big Tech. Next, I focus on the shutdown of representative democracy, as the judicial power has never been greater and is undoing the good things Trump is at least attempting to pursue. We are also facing a shutdown of health care in America. We begin with some observations on how Democrats are so much more united and willing to fight through a government shutdown than Republicans. Next, I offer some baseline concerns about Trump’s Gaza plan. While details are still murky, we have to make sure we don’t get sucked into a nation-building mission on behalf of some of the most violent Islamists on earth — no U.S. assets or money should be involved. We’re also joined by Shannon Everett, lifelong trucker and co-founder of American Truckers United, who updates us on his success in getting the federal and state governments to clamp down on foreigners being issued commercial driving licenses. He started as a lone voice in the wilderness raising awareness to the fact that such a large percentage of drivers were unqualified foreigners, many of whom were here illegally. Blue states and even some red states are giving licenses to illegal aliens without even documenting their proper names and birthdates! I begin by casting some pessimism on our ability to win the key battles at the federal level. We are failing to even quell communist attacks on ICE agents. However, we are finding that when we unite local neighbors in a righteous cause, we are achieving shocking success. I go through a number of recent examples of David vs. Goliath – local activists of all backgrounds binding together to defeat data centers being forced upon them by the wealthiest and most powerful special interests. It’s so important that we pull the plug on the data centers now, because the AI bubble is going to pop and our government will pursue bailouts and special favors to keep the grift flowing. In many ways the European Right has more potential and is surpassing the American Right in effectiveness because it is not weighed down by a wayward leader and a lucrative online grift. In today’s "free-for-all Friday," I go through a ton of news stories on Congress, economy, and foreign policy to show how our policy objectives are now set by Trump family interests or online algorithm focus and monetization rather than strategic American interests. I show the incoherent view of the fake online Right about Israel and how it stands in contrast to its silence on Trump’s support for Ukraine and Turkey. Be prepared to learn a lot today. You get what you fight for. We fought against censorship and vaccines, and you know what? We are starting to see results. Unfortunately, on issues where we have not created a movement with a sense of direction, such as the economy, we are floundering. We’re joined by Craig Shapiro, a macroeconomist, to offer a long-term view of this administration’s economic policies. Shapiro notes that the administration began with a promise to re-privatize the economy and shift away from asset bubbles, but in fact, it has chosen Big Tech and the stock market even more than the previous administration. He explains how the average consumer and worker (and even industry) continue to suffer, while the stock market benefits from the AI bubble. These are the four things we must fight for in the states that will determine whether we can live in freedom and prosperity with a cohesive populace built upon biblical values. Sadly, because we have ignored the primaries for a decade, red-state Republicans continue to make their states conduits for assaults on landowners, free markets, and ordered liberty. I go through a "RINO roundup," as well as my stack of news on AI data centers and how more AI failures are coming to light. Republicans continue to offer massive tax breaks and land-use favors for destructive data centers in nearly every rural part of the country. Finally, I discuss the importance of allowing states to fully deport illegal aliens. New information from Florida shows that if Congress would fully deputize states, we’d be able to secure red America even under a Democrat president. What we cannot do is harness all of the energy and anger into creating more R vs. D cheerleaders like college Republicans, while continuing to sully red states.
