For this week’s episode, we welcomed US Olympian, Hillary Bor, to the podcast. Hillary represented Team USA at the Rio and Tokyo games in the steeplechase and he recently won this year’s US trials for the Eugene World Champs. He’s got PB’s of 8:08 for the 3000SC and 13:10 in the 5000 and we spoke to him about his career so far; from his upbringing in Kenya, to training in the US Army’s WCAP programme, and everything in-between. This week, we spoke to 1:44 800m man, Kyle Langford. Kyle finished 3rd at the British Champs last weekend and booked his spot on the plane to Eugene for the World Champs later this month. We spoke to him about his career so far, including his 4th place finish at the London 2017 Worlds, his current training and racing setup, his plans for the rest of the season, and much more. Enjoy!
