How should I organize my training and nutrition? Before the accident, I was in the middle of a cutting phase, and in those weeks of inactivity, I have put on 5-7 lbs. Should I go straight into a cut or is that too much of losing muscle after not training for 4 weeks?  Q3: Isaac - Hey Kyle, how do you see your career panning out for the rest of your life? Do you still see yourself primarily as a coach for the next 30 years to come?  Q4: Jimmy - Hey Kyle, my question for the podcast would be about business and what are things you wish you would have been told about starting your own business.
