The Los Angeles Clippers jumped on the Heat early and led most of the game, cruising past the fading Heat 119-104 at Kaseya Center in Miami.  Tyler Herro scored 31 points and Andrew Wiggins added 22 for the Heat, who fell 2 1/2 games behind Atlanta in the race for the No. 7 spot and most advantageous play-in position in the East.  Bogdan Bogdanovich scored a season-high 30 points and Ivica Zubac added 26 points and 14 rebounds.  James Harden contributed 24 points, 11 assists and 8 rebounds for the Clips, who won for the 4th time in 5 games.  The Clippers were again without coach Tyronn Lue, who has missed three straight games while dealing with back pain, and Heat-killing star Kawhi Leonard, who rested on the 2nd night of a back-to-back.  The Heat are 9-19 in their last 28 games. Miami has lost a season-high 5 in a row, and 6 of their last 7. Over the last week, the Miami Heat have seemingly forgotten how to close out a basketball game. Tonight at Kaseya Center  in Miami, the Heat let the Chicago Bulls come back from a 17-point deficit to beat them 114-109, a loss that puts them 5 games under .500 for the 1st time this year, in 8th place in the Eastern Conference. Josh Giddey scored 26 points to lead the Bulls, including the dagger 3-pointer to put the game in ice and hand the Heat their 4th loss in 5 games. The Heat were winning all 5 in the 4th quarter. Cody White scored 5 huge points down the stretch- 21 for the game- and Zach Collins gave them 18 points and 15 rebounds. Chicago took the lead for good when White’s three-point play with 1:25 remaining made it 110-109. Giddey’s 3-pointer with 17 seconds left padded the lead. The Heat built a 51-35 advantage early in the second quarter but allowed the Bulls to stay within distance after they scored four points in the final 7:13 of the period. Bam Adebayo finished his red-hot week with 22 points. Andrew Wiggins also scored 22 for Miami, coming back after missing the last 5 games with a sprained right ankle.. Tyler Herro added 21 for the Heat. It was the 16th time Miami blew a double-digit lead this season, and went on to lose the game. White shot 6 for 16 from the field and 0 for 8 from 3-point range after his career-high 44 points in Orlando. Miami has now lost back-to-back games 6 times this season. An 11-0 surge gave Chicago its first lead since the first quarter about midway through the 4th quarter, and White and Giddey closed it out from there. The Bulls made 23-of-26 free throws.
