Comic Books, Guitars & Bikini Shorts?

Best advice I can give....never stop learning. Why? Because the new stuff you learn opens up new pathways to new ideas, new ways of thinking and helps you adapt and evolve. I mean if my guitar playing doesn't inspire you to want to pick up a 6 string and show me how to really play it, I don't know what will. Oh and don't tell anyone about my Star Wars comic book habit please. Let's just keep that between us whatda say?

If you don't understand that last line, you owe it to yourself to rent Ferris Bueller immediately. Or just watch this: http://youtu.be/7HNd3qz68Zw

In this episode Steve talks about why it's fun and personally rewarding to track the outcomes of the connections you make. The simple process of connecting is great but when you make the right connections amongst the right people, often serious commerce may take place all thanks to you. New jobs, new sales, new business partnerships may be created simply because you know two or more people who should know one another. This podcast episode was inspired by Steve's BLOG post on the same topic at the end of the year. Check that out here: http://ripplecentral.com/what-is-your-connection-worth/
