Ine Lanckriet joins us in episode 99. In this episode we talk about building out a program as comprehensive as Gentle, the rise of a couple Belgian superstars, and Ine's tools for creating a great team culture. She has been a standout in Belgian ultimate for years. These days shes's best known as a coach. Players love to play for Ine, because her authenticity shines through in every interaction. It's always clear that she cares. Teams across Europe have been pursuing her to join. In 2025 alone she has been a coach for Gentle, the Belgian U24 Men's team, and the Tokay SuperTeam. Daan De Marrée, a rising star in the ultimate frisbee community and member of the elite Mooncatchers, shares his journey from soccer to frisbee. We're catching up for lost time by dropping, hopefully, 4 episodes this week.In Part 2 of our Euro Trip Recap, we recap our experience with Tokay SuperTeam, playing against Team USA, and explain how Mike ended up coaching the U24 Czech Mixed Team. In both teams a lot of team building has to happen on the fly while navigating language barriers and differing play styles. The key is always having welcoming teammates who are open to adapting and learning as we go.We recorded this one on June 25th while Mike was still in Logrono with the U24 Czech Mixed team the evening before mixed quarterfinals.
