What is Narcissism?
Ever called someone a narcissist? I would bet some money that you have. The word narcissist has become somewhat trendy these days and along with that we are seeing a huge rise in people who have the traits associated with the word in America right now. That is why, this week I (@kat.defatta) brought back my friend Kellyn (@kellynjo) to get the truth out there when it comes to what narcissism really is. I explain the difference between having traits of narcissism and having Narcissistic Personality Disorder as well as tell you what it feels like to find yourself in a relationship with someone with the disorder. It was a labor of love and something I think is extremely important to educate others on. And if you have any questions about the topic go ahead and email kathryn@youneedtherapypodcast.com. Enjoy.
