I spoke with Ted Theodoropoulos, the Founder and CEO of Infodash, a legal collaboration platform built on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. We discussed the current state of law firm collaboration, how firms can leverage existing collaboration platforms to drive innovation, and the effect of generative AI on this process.

I spoke with Shai Mehani, the Co-Founder and CEO of In-House Connect, a nationwide community of over 50,000 in-house counsel. We discussed the growth of the network, how it differs from other organizations that serve the in-house bar, content that is most interesting to corporate counsel, and how the role of the in-house lawyer is evolving.

I spoke with Lutz-Christian Wolff, the Dean of the faculty of law for the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the author of a new law review article published in the Spring 2023 issue of the Journal of Law and Technology at Texas called "The AI-Based Legal Paradise - A (Necessary!) Thought Experiment." We discussed How AI will affect the practice of law, the tipping point for lawyers to routinely incorporate AI into their work, and how legal decision-making will evolve.

We discussed the legal industry changes that organizations are having the most difficulty addressing and the importance of aligning legal design, innovation, and well-being.

I spoke with Abdi Shayesteh, the Founder and CEO of AltaClaro, an interactive experiential legal training provider. We discussed how interactive experiential training differs from traditional law firm practices, the value of the '"Learn, Do, Review" model, and measuring the return on training investments.

I spoke with Ioana Good and Adrien Maines, partners in Promova, a branding and public relations firm, as well as the co-developers of Find a Rainmaker, a behavioral assessment application. We discussed the value of a behavioral assessment tool, ways that the legal industry can use it to enhance decision-making on revenue generation, coaching, and team formation, and how the behavioral assessment process is evolving.
