Friends, we have a new website! Please visit www.abty.co.uk to connect with us at a heart level and see whether our heartwork may serve you better.
On episode 175 I am joined by Alex Higham, founder of Exhale. After developing an autoimmune condition, Alex set out to improve his health and discovered that coffee could in fact be healthy. Ever since, Alex sought to master the art of roasting and brewing his own coffees. And the more he learned, the more he realised coffee could be so much more than what most people make of it.
Thus Exhale was born; a coffee company that seeks to do more - especially for the health of people and the environments that sustain them.
Exhale is a small business with big ambitions to promote health, sustainability and fairness in the coffee supply chain. To do this means taking a family mentality to work. Already a dad of two kids, and husband to co-founder, Kirsty, the extended Exhale family also includes Kaspar, Laura, Tabby, Helen, Tom and Alex - and they’re growing.
Together, Exhale combine their passions and skills to bring us the healthiest coffee imaginable, sourced responsibly, and with a true love of the craft.
Exhale are a team of dreamers, united on a mission to positively change the coffee world, forever.
If you are heading to the Health Optimisation Summit on 28/29 May – message me and come and say hi!

Forget WHAT. WHO are you responsible for?
Too many managers focus on telling people what they are responsible.
I'd love to hear more leaders with a heartset focused on who they are responsible for.
What are your thoughts?
