Phil Reichhoff, Director of Strength and Conditioning at Cape Henry Collegiate
Send us a text Coach Phil Reichhoff is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Cape Henry Collegiate in Virginia Beach, Virginia. At Cape Henry Reichhoff Created the school’s first strength and conditioning program with curriculum spanning Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12. Prior to Cape Henry, Coach Reichhoff worked as the strength and conditioning intern for the Washington Wizards where he worked directly with the NBA organization assisting with all elements of performance. Coach Reichhoff worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Virginia Commonwealth University. At VCU he oversaw the development of Track and Field Throwers, Men's and Women's Tennis, and Men's Golf. During his time at VCU he was a part of six Atlantic- 10 Conference Championships across sports. Coach Reichhoff started coaching at East Carolina University, assisting with the strength and conditioning training of all 16 NCAA Division I athletic programs. He specifically worked most closely with ECU Football and Baseball, both teams achieved national top 25 rankings multiple times. Kyle Speer, Director of Strength and Conditioning Mountain Brook H.S.
Send us a textCoach Speer is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Mountain Brook High School. Speer was named the first full time Director for the Spartan Athletic Department. Mountain Brook was named the #5 athletic Department by MaxPreps in 2023-24 and received the Program of Excellence Award by the NHSSCA. In his tenure the Spartans were the Class 6A State finalists in 2022 for football, 2023 State Champions in Volleyball, 2024 State Champions in Soccer and in the 2023-24 State Champions in Wrestling. Kyle Keese, Director of Strength and Conditioning Guyer H.S.

While at Denton Guyer Coach Keese has helped with teams that won back-to-back State Championships in 2012 and 2013. They have been state finalists in 2010, 2019 and 2021, with state semifinals appearances in 2008, 2009, and 2022. Keese served for the Texas Women’s University Basketball team as the strength coach from 2013 to 2017. During that time, TWU advanced to the conference semifinals three times, and earned an at-large bid into the Division II NCAA tournament in 2015-2016 season.
