Alexander Konoplyasty is co-founder and General Partner at Flashpoint. Alex and his business partner, Michael Szalontay, set up the investment firm in 2012, having met during their time at Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Alex holds a degree in international economic relations and has previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Morgan Stanley, and UBS. He serves as a board member of several companies, including ivi, a Russian streaming service, and Guesty, property management software.

Marcus Sheridan is a highly sought-after international keynote speaker known for his unique ability to excite, engage and motivate audiences. He is co-owner and partner at IMPACT, one of the most successful digital sales and marketing agencies in the country, and author of They Ask, You Answer – once touted by Mashable as the “#1 Marketing Book” Dubbed a “web marketing guru” by the New York Times and, in 2017, named one of 20 “Speakers You Don’t Want to Miss” by Forbes, his philosophy has helped countless marketing and sales teams around the world connect with buyers online and achieve astounding revenue growth. In fact, Marcus saved his swimming pool company, River Pools and Spas, from the economic collapse of 2008 and adapted, not only to stay afloat but to thrive.

Lee is the Managing Partner and founder of AnD Ventures. As a former partner at iAngels VC, Lee headed partnerships and investor relations for the organization, worked with hundreds of investors, family offices, and corporations worldwide. Prior to that, Lee was Chief of Staff to the Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren in Washington, DC, and a senior consultant to Blackrock. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Kellogg Northwestern.  

Enis is the business development manager at Siraj technologies, a startup specializing in connectivity allowing seamless adoption of industry 4.0 technologies. Enis graduated from Sapir college with a bachelor's degree in technology marketing with health technology specialization and currently studying for a master's degree in health systems management at Ben Gurion University. Also, Enis is also a researcher of the economic evaluation of pharmaceutical interventions with published articles.

Dr. Gidi Stein is a practicing physician, researcher, and serial entrepreneur. Early in his career, he served as CTO and Chief Architect of several algorithm-rich startup companies in Israel. In 2002, he graduated from Tel Aviv University Medical School and went on to specialize in internal medicine, treating patients and teaching students and residents in one of Israel’s largest hospitals. He received his PhD in Computational Biology from Tel Aviv University, harnessing mathematical and biological models to help fight breast cancer. In 2012, he co-founded MedAware, a startup that utilizes machine learning algorithms to eliminate prescription errors and promote patient safety.

Dotan Asselmann is CTO and Co-Founder of leading Surgical Intelligence platform Theator and has a rich background in entrepreneurship, machine learning technologies and software engineering. Prior to co-founding Theator, he was Co-Founder and CTO of computer vision startup EyeOnn and previously served in the elite Israeli 8100 unit where he spent several years as a Computer Vision Team Leader.

Shay is an experienced entrepreneur and investor. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of Greenfield Partners, a technology Investment Fund focused on Growth stage technology companies. He serves as Senior Advisor to TPG and previously was Managing Director of NJ-based family office Thylacine Capital. Prior to joining Thylacine, Shay was VP Corporate Development at ad-tech firm WebCollage (Acq. by Answers.com), CEO of eGlue (Acq. by NICE), and VP Product at Alfy. Shay is a former Israel Air Force (IAF) F-16 Fighter Pilot.

Diogo is a Portuguese operator turned founder. After starting his career at Boston Consulting Group in Spain, Diogo joined Uber on the Driver Growth team for Spain, Italy, Portugal and Croatia. He launched new cities, increased driver conversion by +50% and led efforts for the launch of new products. He’s a travel fanatic (+65 countries visited), always looking for the best street food wherever he goes.

Sandiso is an innovator and entrepreneur, with over 10 years experience in technology consulting. She is the former Head of Open Innovation (Africa) at Accenture and has led tech implementations, data strategy, cost reductions assignments in the Consumer Goods sector. She is the founder of COOi Studios, an innovation lab for corporations. Amongst other accolades, she is a Sustainable Development Goals ambassador, Mzansi’s 100 Inspiring and Aspiring Leaders, a Play Your Part Ambassador with Brand South Africa, an Inspiring Fifty Women in Tech and a Mandela Washington Fellow. 

Dr. Mira Brancu is a consulting psychologist, leadership coach, writer, and speaker. She leads Brancu & Associates, a boutique consulting firm that aims to help leaders lead teams and navigate large, complex organizations and helps organizations make it easier to navigate. She has a special passion for helping women gain the influence, power, leadership, and resiliency skills needed in today’s diverse, complex, and ever-changing workplace. She has written about this in her new book, Millennials' Guide to Workplace Politics. Dr. Brancu is also an Associate Professor at Duke University, an Associate Editor of the Consulting Psychology Journal, and has a Psychology Today blog focused on women's leadership.
