Sharon is the Executive Director of the California Israel Chamber of Commerce (CICC) where she brings her remarkable 20 years career with significant expertise in international business & marketing. Throughout her career, Sharon showed an enterprising attitude from the start. In 1997 she moved to S. Korea, where she started her long career in a traditionally male-dominated, technical fields of infrastructure and homeland security. She was asked to become the first foreign CEO of the fast growing BERMAD China, and brought the company to be a leader in waterworks infrastructure in the entire South East Asia. She then worked with the US Army, Border Control and highly secured facilities to create, enhance and implement advanced solutions to existing and future problems. During 2008-10 Sharon held VP Homeland Security and Infrastructure position in BDO-I2I, which is part of the BDO Israel Consulting Firm and focused on the Indian market.

CEO and Co-Founder David Drai started Anodot out of his frustration with not being able to get real-time insights in spite of having access to real-time big data. With Anodot, he stands committed to helping companies, from digital to fintech to telecom, illuminate business blind spots with AI analytics. He previously was CTO at Gett, an app-based transportation service used in hundreds of cities worldwide. Prior to Gett, he co-founded Cotendo, a content delivery network and site acceleration services provider that was acquired by Akamai Technologies, where he also served as CTO. 

Robbie Bach is best known for founding and leading the team that created the Xbox. Today he is an entertaining storyteller and catalyzing voice who writes books and speaks to audiences on leadership, creativity, strategy, and civic issues. During his twenty-two years at Microsoft, Robbie worked in various marketing and business management roles—including supporting the successful launch and expansion of Microsoft Office and leading the creation and development of the Xbox business.  Then as Microsoft’s President of the Entertainment and Devices Division, he was responsible for the company’s worldwide gaming, music, video, phone, and retail sales businesses until he retired in 2010. Tracy Werner is a passionate communications leader, obsessed with getting the right message to the right people at the right time. Every touchpoint in her career has entailed storytelling and raising the bar of communications in corporate settings. In her current role, she leads the team responsible for communication (internal and PR), employer brand, social media and video. Tracy grew up in South Africa and now lives in Israel with her husband and three kids.

Tom has over 30 years of experience in information technology. He has led many transformative initiatives in and out of healthcare.  His strategic thinking and innovative approaches span across the wrist-to-cloud continuum to affect the manner in which delivery of care is imagined globally.  Foley also moderated the Health Innovation Think Tank (HITT), an executive collaborative made up of 50 healthcare delivery systems, payer organization and healthcare IT vendor thought leaders who offer their insights leading to the establishment of best practices on a variety of issues associated with value-based care, connected health and virtual care.

Previously, Michael was leading R&D teams within the Prime Minister's office. Michael worked on multiple groundbreaking projects, including one that has received the "Israel Defense Prize". Michael is a data science and math enthusiast with a BSC and MSC in mathematics from Bar Ilan University.

Rob Huntington is CEO of Metric Collective. Before Metric Rob was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He also received a BCG Social Impact Fellowship and served in Nicaragua. He led a turnaround of the Huntington Learning Centers (HLC) as the SVP of Development and Operations.  Prior to that, he was an HLC franchisee.  Additionally, he has been a franchise broker with the Franchise Consulting Company and managed a $50M P&L for DaVita, a Fortune 200 company.  

Dr. Shay David is a serial entrepreneur known for previously co-founding the video enterprise Unicorn - Kaltura where he served as CTO, CRO, and GM of Media and Telecom from inception to exponential growth. Prior to Kaltura, Shay was a co-founder of Destinator Technologies, a leader in mobile GPS navigation software.  Shay founded retrain.ai to address what he finds as one of the biggest challenges of the workforce today, the skills gap. Shay and his team created a platform that analyzes jobs, occupations and skills, and recommends personalized training pathways to bridge the skills gap.

Evyatar Ben Artzi, or Evya, is the Co-Founder & CEO of Darrow, an AI startup on a mission to uncover injustice. Evya served as a Combat Officer in a special unit of the IDF and later on went to study Law & Cognitive Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He clerked at the Israeli Supreme Court for Justice Uzi Vogelman, where he met co-founder Elad Spiegleman. Evya is also one of the founders of “Yahav”, an Israeli youth movement for social change, teaching young activists about the Democratic values of Zionism.
