Producing content for global brands and artists such as Converse, MasterCard, Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones. She launched the Digital division of Pulse Films and their NYC operation. In 2015 VICE Media acquired Pulse. Tamara has won awards from Webby's to Gold Cannes Lions.Tamara moved to Israel in 2016. She consulted for Impact organizations, including the G8 Global Steering Group on Social Impact. In 2017 she co-founded riseup a technology platform which proactively helps people get out of debt and reach financial health, where she is CGO.

Bill has 30+ years’ experience as an executive coach, senior line manager, clinician (licensed in NY and CT) and academic. Bill has advised executives from multiple industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, publishing, and technology companies, and worked with CEOs and teams at the C-suite, managing director, and general/functional management levels. Bill started his own software company in 1994 to track healthcare outcomes, which he subsequently sold to an enterprise healthcare information system company. He is the author of more than 50 research articles and books, including "Influence and Impact: Discover and Excel at What Your Organization Needs from You The Most," published by Wiley in 2021.

Prior to joining Synamedia, Yael served as VP Corporate Development of CyberArk Software (NASDAQ: CYBR) where she was responsible for leading the company’s strategy and for generating new growth activities through organic and in-organic initiatives.

Micha is a repeat entrepreneur who’s founded a few great businesses (e.g. chorus.ai acquired for $575M by ZoomInfo), and a few less successful ones. He’s currently Co-founder and CEO of NeuraLight.ai – a venture-backed startup on a mission to transform the lives of more than 1 billion people suffering from neurological disorders by digitizing neurological insights and care – a venture he hopes becomes his magnum opus.
