Ifat is the CEO of Unistream, an organization that provides entrepreneurship education and innovating thinking for youth in Israel’s geographic and social periphery, in order to reduce socioeconomic disparity and ensure equal opportunities for all. Ifat joined Unistream after serving as the Head of Business Development and Innovation for Birthright Israel. Her career started at Publicis Worldwide, then moving to the marketing team at Loews Cineplex. She discovered the world of philanthropy through Friends of the IDF where she served as VP Marketing. Ifat joined Birthright as the Executive Director of Birthright Excel, the lifelong leadership and business fellowship. She is a member of the Maoz Leadership fellowship and the Schusterman Fellowship. She lives in Israel with her husband and three children.

Mike Watson is the President at Ignite Management Services and is Co-Author of Rise Up: Leadership Habits for Turbulent Times. Eyal Niv is a Managing Partner at Pitango First, having joined in 2015. Prior to joining Pitango, Eyal was Managing Partner at Giza VC, where he led the fund operations and focused mainly on IT infrastructure, Semiconductors & Internet. Eyal serves on the Board of Directors of Graphcore, AI21, Lumigo, Optibus and Iguazio. Eyal's investments have a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence. Eyal is also Co-Founder of The Public Knowledge Workshop – a leading non-profit organization for freedom of information, as well as Take – an innovative, impact-driven delivery service which helps the needy by providing them with food and delivery service on top of an on-demand delivery service.

Sandy Saper joined Ready in 2020 as ASIC & FPGA Design Manager. Sandy brings over 20 years of experience in managing complex SOC’s for wireless, communications & automotive applications. His experience encompasses all aspects of the SOC development cycle from requirements, specifications, architecture, design, verification, circuit, backend and silicon validation. Sandy has a proven record of managing multidisciplinary development teams and execution of projects efficiently and effectively. Prior to joining Ready Sandy was Director of Engineering at Verisense, before that he was R&D Department Manager at Freescale Semiconductors. Sandy holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, in Haifa, Israel

Stephen is a partner at the law firm Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., and also a senior reserves officer at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the IDF.

Rani is the CEO of Healthier Globe, a consulting firm and the Israeli representative of Taiwanese Based Innovation To Industry, running launchpad programs for Israeli companies into Taiwan.

Daniel is the Chief Strategy Officer, and Global Head of Marketing at CHEQ, the leader in Go-to-Market Security. His role spans across company positioning, market and category building, brand and product marketing, comms and demand-generation. Prior to CHEQ, Daniel served as a Senior Director of Strategy at Grey, where he led brand and marketing strategy for leading global brands, including P&G, Fiat Group, GSK and others.

Gary Hagmueller is the CEO of Arcion, the world’s first true data mobility platform. Gary is a proven CEO who has created over $7.5B in enterprise value through two IPOs and four M&A exits over his 20+ years in the tech industry. Gary holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, where he was named Sheth Fellow, as well as a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University. As the father to twin teenage boys, he is clearly experienced in project management and negotiation skills.

After finishing high school in Venezuela, Leandro moved to the USA to study Biomedical Engineering; a degree he pursued as it delivered on his ambitions/cravings for multidisciplinary fields. This interest in varied topics would then become evident by my founding of startups in different fields which include medical devices and management software for groups of farmers. His underlying driver has always been a desire to somehow do good. Then he founded More Foods over 2 years ago when he became obsessed with the idea that we can serve people delicious meats without the need to use animals.
