Jeff brings more than 20 years of security leadership experience as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Contrast. Previously, Jeff was Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aspect Security, a successful and innovative application security consulting company acquired by Ernst & Young. Jeff is also a founder and major contributor to OWASP, where he served as Global Chairman for eight years and created the OWASP Top 10, OWASP Enterprise Security API, OWASP Application Security Verification Standard, XSS Prevention Cheat Sheet, and many other widely adopted free and open projects. Jeff has a BA from the University of Virginia, an MA from George Mason, and a JD from Georgetown.

Rob Volpe is an astute observer of life and a master storyteller who brings empathy and compassion to the human experience. As CEO of Ignite 360, he leads a team of insights, strategy, and creative professionals serving the world’s leading brands across a range of industries. He is the author of Tell Me More About That: Solving the Empathy Crisis One Conversation at a Time. As a thought leader in the role of empathy in marketing and the workplace, he is a contributor to Entrepreneur’s Leadership Network and frequently speaks on the topic at conferences, corporations, colleges, podcasts and with the media.  He is a graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and lives in San Francisco with his husband and 3 cats.

Bentsi Ben-atar is the Chief Marketing Officer of Sepio, and one of its co-founders. He has a strong intelligence community background and over 25 years of experience, winning multiple professional and innovation awards. Further, Bentsi has a BSC in Electrical Engineering and is a MBA Graduate. He is a hardware security expert, as well as an expert on Rogue Device Detection, supply chain attacks, internal abusers, and is a leader in Zero Trust Hardware Access. Bentsi Benatar leads Sepio’s marketing activities and boosts Sepio’s brand awareness.

Steve Pockross brings more than 20 years of stratup, Fortune 500, and nonprofit experience to his role at Verblio. As CEO, he applies leading marketplace and SaaS principles to create an industry-leading content creatino platform.Steve was part of the early management team at LiveOps, growing the company into the largest virtual contact center in the world and filling roles across marketing, strategy, operations, and partnerships.Steve received his MBA from Kellogg School of Business and his MA in history from Wesleyan University. Outside the office, Steve is a Devner native and enjoys ultimate frisbee and playing guitar.

Guy Goldman is the CEO and Founder of Olive Diagnostics, 100% passive continuous urinalysis sensor that mounts to any toilet, and can be used to early detect thousands of diseases. Prior to establishing Olive, Guy was the CEO of a number of technology and Data Science companies. Most recently Guy was managing a large transportation service provider company in London. Of the data science companies, Guy pioneered the advancement of churn modeling for telecom companies, and software licensing optimizations. Both companies were bought out, one by a publicly traded company on NASDAQ. Guy holds a B.S in computer science from the university of San Francisco.

Liron is a General Partner at Meron Capital and has over 10 years of experience in the venture capital, private equity and tech industries.  Liron also manages the Young Venture Capital Forum in Israel - a professional organization connecting over 250 young partners, principals and associates from all VC firms in Israel.Prior to joining Meron Capital, Liron was a Principal at Blumberg Capital and led Cyber, SaaS, Marketing-tech and Infrastructure IT deals. Prior to that, she was a Strategy and M&A consultant at Bain Capital and PwC's PE group in New York, where she leads commercial and operational due-diligence projects for the largest private equity firms in the US.  Before moving to the US, Liron was a technical Applications Engineer at Agilent Technologies, where she worked with blue-chip clients in Europe, Asia and the US. Liron holds an MBA from MIT-Sloan, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from MIT and a B.Sc. in Math and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. At 25, she was the youngest student ever to graduate MIT's dual MBA / M.Sc. degree program. She started her bachelor’s degree at Talpiot, the elite Israeli Defense Forces program, and completed it while serving full-time as a technology analyst and researcher at the Israeli intelligence unit 8200.

Ifat is the CEO of Unistream, an organization that provides entrepreneurship education and innovating thinking for youth in Israel’s geographic and social periphery, in order to reduce socioeconomic disparity and ensure equal opportunities for all. Ifat joined Unistream after serving as the Head of Business Development and Innovation for Birthright Israel. Her career started at Publicis Worldwide, then moving to the marketing team at Loews Cineplex. She discovered the world of philanthropy through Friends of the IDF where she served as VP Marketing. Ifat joined Birthright as the Executive Director of Birthright Excel, the lifelong leadership and business fellowship. She is a member of the Maoz Leadership fellowship and the Schusterman Fellowship. She lives in Israel with her husband and three children.

Mike Watson is the President at Ignite Management Services and is Co-Author of Rise Up: Leadership Habits for Turbulent Times. He is on a mission to change how business is done by encouraging leaders to adopt the habits of resilient leadership. He has embraced a journey of pursuing the best version of himself—and helps leaders do the same—to be more inclusive, inquisitive, and humble. Mike’s personal goal is to make the world a better place, one interaction at a time. This has guided him in his many roles, including directorships at all levels of Chambers of Commerce in Canada.

Eyal Niv is a Managing Partner at Pitango First, having joined in 2015. Prior to joining Pitango, Eyal was Managing Partner at Giza VC, where he led the fund operations and focused mainly on IT infrastructure, Semiconductors & Internet. Eyal serves on the Board of Directors of Graphcore, AI21, Lumigo, Optibus and Iguazio. Eyal's investments have a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence. Eyal is also Co-Founder of The Public Knowledge Workshop – a leading non-profit organization for freedom of information, as well as Take – an innovative, impact-driven delivery service which helps the needy by providing them with food and delivery service on top of an on-demand delivery service.

Sandy Saper joined Ready in 2020 as ASIC & FPGA Design Manager. Sandy brings over 20 years of experience in managing complex SOC’s for wireless, communications & automotive applications. His experience encompasses all aspects of the SOC development cycle from requirements, specifications, architecture, design, verification, circuit, backend and silicon validation. Sandy has a proven record of managing multidisciplinary development teams and execution of projects efficiently and effectively. Prior to joining Ready Sandy was Director of Engineering at Verisense, before that he was R&D Department Manager at Freescale Semiconductors. Sandy holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, in Haifa, Israel
