Oshik Efrati is the CEO, Co-Founder and Board Member at HomeBiogas. Oshik graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Sciences, specializing in water treatment. Oshik led the product development team at Shoresh, Israel’s largest tactical gear manufacturer and exporter, where he launched an innovative product, sold on a global scale. His next entrepreneurial endeavor was founding HomeBiogas together with his co-founders Yair Teller and Erez Lanzer in 2012.

From his time at Steady where he led marketplace development and growth to Namely, Fjord, and Portal A, he navigated the ins and outs of Go-to-Market strategies and user acquisition.

Nihal Advani is a product and marketing expert and the founder and CEO of QualSights. Nihal combined his entrepreneurial spirit and interest in seeing/understanding the world by launching QualSights – an immersive consumer insights platform that helps companies understand human behavior authentically and efficiently at global scale.

As Global Tech Innovation Director @ Procter & Gamble, Orr’s key goal is to create a sustainable competitive advantage for P&G by partnering with top entrepreneurs, VCs, and researchers worldwide, in order to incorporate their disruptive technologies within P&G Global Business Units. His broad span of interests includes Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Infrastructure, industry 4.0, Sustainability and more. A former accountant, Orr serves on the boards of startups and nonprofit organizations alike, where his financial expertise and innovation management experience develop strategic direction and enable operating efficiencies. Sapir Hadad was born and raised in Ashkelon, and is currently living in Tel-Aviv.  She is the Co-Founder & CEO of FinityX, a deep tech startup developing AI solutions for investment professionals. Finityx helps investors implement AI tools as part of their investment process to save time and resources and improve quality.

Jay Jubas is a Senior Partner at McKinsey. Jay is a leader in McKinsey’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, and global leader of Fuel by McKinsey, which serves the start-up and scale-up ecosystem. He is also a leader of  McKinsey Israel TechHub, which provides services to startups, scale-ups, and VCs in multiple tech sectors in Israel. During the last year, Jay did Aliyah due to the huge potential McKinsey has recognized in the Israeli tech ecosystem. Jay holds a BS with highest honors and MS in materials science from Columbia University, and a PhD in physics from MIT. Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked as a research associate at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

Slava is an experienced cybersecurity leader and entrepreneur. As CEO of Cybellum he is responsible for the business, sales, and marketing operations, working with manufacturers and asset owners worldwide on implementing risk assessment solutions. As part of founding Cybellum’s development of a novel Product Security technology, Slava is the official representative of the Standards Institution of Israel in the ISO 21434 standard technical committee, leading ISO21434 Use-Case TF. He’s also a member of the CISA Software Component Transparency committee, working on the future standardization of Software BoM. I hold an M.Sc. In Computer Science, Cum Laude, and a B.Sc. in Information Systems, Cum Laude.

Founder and CEO, Miri Berger, is an industrial designer by training completed a master's degree from the Pratt Institute and a B.F.A in Ceramic Design from the Bezalel Academy of Arts. She holds patents for her work in design and has over 15 years of experience in a wide variety of projects in the fields of toys, furniture, electronics, and soft goods. Miri specializes in designing products that consider unconventional needs, materials, and uses.
