Erez Berkner, a developer by heart, is the CEO & co-founder of Lumigo, a modern observability platform for the modern cloud. He attended the Open University of Israel obtaining a degree in computer science and mathematics with honors. He worked at Check Point Software Technologies for more than a decade and was the director of cloud-based security products before starting Lumigo.

Sagi Rodin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Frontegg. Over the last 15 years, Sagi held senior product and software development positions leading engineering and product teams and engaged with ad hoc projects of building customer-facing software applications and transforming concepts into viable products.

Yotam is an expert in machine and deep learning, with 10 years of experience in these fields. He’s been involved in massive military projects in the field of underground warfare and later on joined Soreq Nuclear Research Center as a key developer in machine learning projects. Following his army service, Yotam developed and led AI and Big-Data projects from research to production for a few startups and acted as a professional consultant to companies developing AI technologies. His expertise includes image and video recognition, NLP, Algo-trading and signal analysis. Yotam is an autodidact with strong leadership qualities and great communication skills.

Keren Leshem is currently OCON healthcare's  CEO and board director. A leading women's health BioTech company with a mission to introduce innovative intrauterine drug-delivery technology for various conditions and diseases to improve and impact women's health and quality of life.Before  OCON,  Ms  Leshem headed the Corporate Development team at the European pharma company VISUfarma.In addition,  she was a board member of a BioLight (TASE: BOLT) company: ViSci (which she previously headed as CEO) and an Open University lecturer in Marketing & Business English.As the founder & CEO of ViSci Ltd (Licensed from NASDAQ: AERI) amongst other positions in Pharma and MedTech, Ms  Leshem successfully led Clinical, R&D and BD activities to achieve commercial status and MTAs (Material Transfer Agreements) in the USA, EU and China.Ms  Leshem was recently featured in FORBES magazine and sits on FemTech Lab's admissions and advisory Board as well as LSX's  Advisory Board,  and is a Mentor at the 8400 Health Network.Ms  Leshem makes sure to lead with passion and integrity and donate her time and earnings to and with women entrepreneurs starting their career paths and those who have made choices that require mentoring.

Amos is a highly experienced engineering executive who has been at the forefront of technology innovation for decades. Prior to joining Capitolis, he served as the Vice President of Research and Development at LawGeex, a company focusing on AI in the legal industry. With more than 20 years of expertise, he brings deep expertise in data, engineering, research and development, and technology, spearheading these efforts at leading technology and data companies such as Global-e, HexaTier, Cyren and Skybox Security. Amos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Michal received her BA in Communications from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. She spent two years as a research assistant and then a research team lead at the Media Innovation Lab at IDC, researching the field of Human Robotic Interaction. Her research on Robots and Ethics led her to write a poster paper that was accepted to the international "HRI" conference. Following her degree, she was the project manager in designing the Smart Home Robot of Samsung Korea (HQ), outlining the different aspects needed to take into consideration when designing a companion robot. Following that, she joined an innovation program at IDC with the goal to create innovations that solve 21st challenges. In this program, she founded with her co-founders, BeeHero. Beehero increases crop yield through precision pollination, combining sophisticated machine learning algorithms with low-cost sensors to simulate full output potential during peak pollination cycles. Today, Michal is the VP product of Blue White Robotics. A company that provides numerous Autonomous solutions, including the Blue White Robotic Kit, that transforms any tractor into an autonomous one.
