Ali joins Ace once again for all the latest movie news with a review of psychological horror/thriller The Invisible man.

Dev Patel – the star of Skins, Slumdog Millionaire, Lion and now David Copperfield – talks to BBC Radio 1’s Ali Plumb about his career so far, from his very first audition to accidentally not connecting David Copperfield with Charles Dickens. Find out how he reacts at weddings when DJs press play on ‘Jai Ho’, who people mistake him for and what it’s actually like to be a Hollywood star (not that he’s comfortable with that phrase, mind).

Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn, to give it’s full name comes under scrutiny as well as a look at Bong Joon Ho’s Parasite, an Oscars Best Picture contender and Doolittle starring Robert Downey Jr. and Antonio Banderas.

The Lighthouse is the latest film from Robert Eggers (who previously gave us The Witch), so as you might expect, it's dark, it's twisted, it's... funny? It's also really rather weird. In a good way. Speaking to the film's stars, Robert Pattinson and Willem Defoe, Ali discovers what it was actually like to shoot a black and white film about two lighthouse keepers who learn to love/hate/love/hate/hate/hate each other. Also, seagull chat. Of course.

Ali is joined, once again, by Clarisse Loughrey (in for Ace) with a review of Queen & Slim, an emotional drama starring Daniel Kaluuya and Jodie Turner-Smith.
