I've been looking forward to publishing this podcast and so thrilled to share with you all.  Raghunath Cappo is the host of Wisdom of the Sages (with co-host Kaustubha Das), world renown yoga teacher, spiritual guide, musician, author, traveler, friend, and Bhakti yogi.  Raghu is my personal teacher and has had a profound impact on my own life and spiritual teachings. Happy Day of Venus 🌸 Today we discuss the upcoming solar eclipse on December 4th, 2021.  This eclipse is quite powerful and may invoke feelings of insecurity, anxiety, and "spinning" thoughts. The moon is debilitated in the sign of Scorpio - meaning that emotional tension may be particularly high. I sat contemplating what would be the most helpful to discuss this week.  Knowing what to expect utilizing the science of astrology can be profoundly helpful... AND knowing how to *handle* said circumstances is an art in and of itself.  I decided this week we could discuss some common cognitive distortions.
