Developing anorexia and bulimia as a teenager - doctors told her there was damage to her GI Tract & there wasn't any solution. This was her wake up call, as Taryn refused to accept a life of suffering. Her intuition told her there was hope. Hope to heal from her behaviors rooted in past emotional traumas. Searching alternative ways to heal holistically, Taryn tried various methods over 20 years. Diets, therapy, herbs, and consultations with medical practitioners - determined to overcome her challenges. While these approaches offered temporary relief, they failed to provide a lasting solution, as she often found herself slipping back into old frames of reference and old habits.An inner conviction steered her to a turning point. Discovering Zhineng Qigong, the practice that would prove to be transformative. Zhineng Qigong offered Taryn a holistic approach to healing, emphasizing the mind-body connection. Through Qigong and the Qi Field she began to experience profound shifts in consciousness and emotional well-being.
