As a dedicated TCM practitioner and mother, she first turned to herbs, acupuncture, and dietary adjustments—but it was her curiosity about energy medicine that led her to Zhineng Qigong and Hunyuan Qi Therapy. Through these practices, she reframed fertility as far more than biology and discovered how profoundly energy work can influence conception and wellbeing. In her clinical practice, Maria guides patients through daily Level 1 Qigong movements - La Qi techniques, pelvic rotations, and Qi squats - woven together with personalized herbal formulas and occasional acupuncture. This holistic protocol nurtures both the body’s reproductive system and the mind’s emotional state. By cultivating clear intention and embracing complete surrender, her patients learn to release stress, trust their innate rhythms, and invite the natural flow of Qi.“Energy work transforms not just our bodies, but our minds, relationships, and life purpose,” Maria says. She encourages patients to let go of rigid expectations and to co-create with life’s cycles, whether that means conceiving a child, launching a new project, or simply living more mindfully. Join Maria as she reveals how Zhineng Qigong and Hunyuan Qi Therapy can help you Master Fertility Mindset with Qigong and TCM!Mindful moments:Qigong for Fertility: Aligns mind, body, and energy to support conception.Level 1 Movements: Builds awareness and opens energy flow.La Qi Technique: Enhances reproductive energy and circulation.Intention Setting: Focuses the mind for effective practice.Surrender Practice: Teaches letting go and trusting the process.Qigong + TCM: Combines energy work with herbs and acupuncture.Emotional Healing: Transforms stress into fertile calm.Couples’ Practice: Builds connection and shared energy.Hunyuan Therapy: Deepens mind-body-spirit harmony.Online Access: Flexible support through virtual platforms.Links & Resources:📧 Connect with Maria (Linkedin): https://www.linkedin.com/in/maria-isabel-b%C3%BChler-granados-b894951a9/🌐  Book an online session with BeFertile: www.befertileonline.com🎮 Discover Qigong Game: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/discover-qigong/🎁 Discover the power of Qigong with this easy-to-follow Starter Kit: https://qigong-starter-kit.com/ 🎙️🌟Explore more podcasts, events, and resources visit:https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/Connect on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube

Mental strength when healing with Qigong - Lot Wijlhuizen

📘📚 Get your FREE E-book on the "Eight verses meditation" by Dr Pang:https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/exploration-of-the-eight-verses-of-zhineng-qigong-meditation-e-bookHaving the mental strength while healing is so important, but can be a difficult task. In today's Qigong podcast, Zhineng Qigong practitioner Lot Wijlhuizen explains how to cultivate a strong and positive mindset on a journey to complete wellness.Lot expands on Mingtong Gu's self-healing approach in Zhineng Qigong, emphasizing the need to shift to a higher energy state. This requires changing one's frame of reference and thoughts through consistent Qigong practice. Many people become defined by their diagnosis, creating attachment to symptoms that keeps them stuck. Moving to a higher consciousness through dedicated practice is key to breaking this pattern.Acceptance is number two. Lot says you have to accept the place you're in and develop trust. Again, in the Zhineng Qigong Practice, acceptance doesn't mean you now become your diagnosis, but rather accepting the situation for what it is, not resisting it. Because in Qigong when we are whole or one with a situation, when there's no resistance there's peace and stillness, and often trust develops. Self acceptance is also an important aspect for this step - this garners self love, trust and an overall kindness towards yourself. In Zhineng Qigong, intention is crucial. While many focus only on eliminating symptoms, Lot emphasizes creating a clear vision of the ultimate end goal. Through Qigong, practitioners should embody their healed state, acting as if already well—a powerful expression of trust in the healing journey.Choosing joy and gratitude is next. In Zhineng Qigong when you worry you follow the fear, but when you choose gratitude and joy you fill and strengthen the Qi field with love. You must make a conscious choice to choose gratitude, even in difficult times on your healing journey, seeking community through Zhineng Qigong is always a good thing as you have the right support. And the Qi field always has strength in numbers.Mindful moments:Zhineng Qigong: Lot Wijlhuizen's mental strength techniques for healingQigong healing starts with elevating energy beyond your diagnosisMaster Qigong consciousness-shifting through consistent practiceZhineng Qigong: Acceptance creates stillness for powerful healingQigong builds self-acceptance and trust to accelerate healingIntention-setting in Zhineng Qigong activates faster recoverySuccessful Qigong practice includes "acting as if" already healedGratitude transforms your Qigong healing journey; worry reinforces fearLinks & Resources:🌐 Lot's website: https://www.zhinengqigongles.nl/zhineng-qigong-in-english/▶️ Lot's other episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMKVR8grG8oDIS🎮 Discover Qigong Game: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/discover-qigong/🎁 Discover the power of Qigong with this easy-to-follow Starter Kit: https://qigong-starter-kit.com/ 🎙️🌟Explore more podcasts, events, and resources visit:https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/Connect on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube

In today's Qigong podcast, discover how your miracle might be closer than you think...Despite practicing Qigong to heal his asthma, David's lung condition worsened under a rigid teaching structure. He and Helena considered quitting until they received a timely email from Master Liu and Andraz Purger, prominent Zhineng Qigong practitioners. At this workshop, David experienced Qigong in a more relaxed atmosphere and saw his respiratory issues improve significantly. This renewed his dedication to Zhineng Qigong. Though initially skeptical, Helena also embraced the practice after witnessing its positive effects on both David and herself. The workshop was adapted to meet students' individual needs.David's success led him to become a Qigong practitioner, working with schizophrenia patients in hospitals. Despite some skepticism from Western medicine, both approaches share the goal of improving people's lives.Taking a page from Master Liu and Andraz' book - by being mindful of the patients with schizophrenia and their capabilities, David used the simple but effective Zhineng Qigong exercises. These Qigong movements includes: Qi squats and the La Qi method. With consistent Qigong practice, there has been a reduction of negative symptoms in those who suffer from schizophrenia. Patients showed reduced depression, better communication, and improved coordination.
