Today I share how accepting change is a way to build resilience, and to build a resilient culture we need to build resilient individuals. Find ways to become more comfortable with change. Change is constant and inevitable, and you can only be successful if you accept it rather than resist it. To increase your capacity to accept change, is to expose yourself to new things on a daily basis, it prepares your mind when change happens.

Martin gave us some really nuggets of strategies to help businesses like around mindset and the mindset that we've been encouraging is consider that today is the first day of your business. Your mindset is one of a startup, how can you now get back to revenues both old revenues but importantly new revenues. I think the next thing I would say this, is still the case in the SME market. Most businesses still do not have a plan and you never the want to feel like you did on that day that we all got the news that we're going into lockdown and we started to see the severity of covid-19. Get that plan in place. It doesn't need to be a weighty tone. It does help to get good facilitation around you, but get that plan in place and be working to that plan.
