At one point in the past, Americans were more independent about food and medicine, and it felt as if they could at least put some trust in authority. That has changed rapidly and consistently over the decades. Where once the hippy was someone with a desire for clean water and food, even if the moment was coopted by the CIA, the environmentalists today are bougie and entitled. They care far more about appearance than personal responsibility. Things in this realm have become so politicized that even the idea of RFK Jr taking over the HHS has them vehemently defending pharmaceutical companies, drug companies, and chemical companies. Traditional health-conscious people, usually women, are now being labeled skinhead, neo-nazi, and KKK for suggesting we should grow our own food, avoid drugs and chemicals, and try to live in harmony with nature. August 6, 1945, at about 8:15am, was the moment war and society changed for good, as an atomic bomb was detonated over Hiroshima, Japan. From that point on, our views on the worst case scenario for the total destruction of the world became reality. Initial estimates were that it would be 75 years before anything would ever grow in the area again, but within 1 year vegetation began to appear in the city. This, and other things, has resulted in some people believing atomic bombs are another historical lie despite the overwhelming evidence of radiation exposure in America and Japan, among other places. Protestors in Hiroshima have recently been advocating for Japan to resist the push by Israel and the US for new wars which could turn nuclear, including the situation in Ukraine. Few realize that General Eisenhower and Admiral Halsey were both opposed to the dropping of those two bombs on Japan, or that a few totally psychotic elements of government decided to drop the bombs for reasons that vary from justifying expense, to the discriminatory views on Japanese, to experimenting with lab rats. However, if Japan or Germany had a bomb, it is likely they would have dropped it on the US. Kaidan Meguri is a Buddhist ritual by which one traverses a dark underground tunnel, usually beneath a temple, and is reborn at the other end. Local news outlets here in Japan are reporting that extreme heat and humidity are altering the way people shop for goods, especially in Tokyo. News outlets in the United States are reporting that Phoenix, Arizona, is breaking heat records every day. The New York Times says bridges are collapsing because of Climate Change and others are reporting that humans are sick for the same reasons, not to mention schools in Detroit have sent kids home early due to heat. In all these cases are irony, of our affluent lifestyles being altered perceptually by inconvenient weather, and of a city named after a mythological bird of fire being... hot. It is negligent and ignorant to ignore poor infrastructure management, resource theft, poor food and diet, and why schools in America have so few resources like AC - or that other countries are totally fine without AC. Contrary to popular belief, and the larping of some alternative media, the WHO Pandemic Treaty was never defeated, it merely moved on into a new phase. Twenty four US governors have now pledged to resist any advance by the WHO to strip them of their elected authority. The same can be said about digital identification, which is oddly becoming popular simultaneously  everywhere in the world. The politics of joy extend beyond the Third Reich and into Mao's China. The three red banners were used by Mao to mobilize people to build back a better socialist state on the ashes of the nationalist one that had just been replaced. These are all things being utilized by the current White House and their new nominee. Objective reality aside, if you don't smile in the face of dystopia then you are responsible for everyone's misery. Things cost too much? Just smile. RFK Jr is certainly a pioneer in fighting against the unconventional things, by societal standards, that make us sick. His recent endorsement of Donald Trump, which is rumoured to include a cabinet posistion overseeing the FDA among other agencies, is objectively a good thing for citizens. With the exception of military records or a few popular cases, UFO research often gets drawn into an America-centric sphere. Because of this, or other reasons too, the phenomenon is received internationally with heavy reliance on US news and reports. But according to the US Department of Defense in 2023, Japan is a leading hotspot for UFOs as well. In June 2024, the Japanese government launched an 80-person nonpartisan group, including former defense ministers, to study UAP. Japan has three major UFO cases, named after regional areas - Kofu, Kochi, and Hokkaido - but also has mysterious stories like the Utsuro-Bune and the abundance of objects spotted over the Daiichi power plant after the 2011 disaster. Japan also has a Roswell, and a Sedona, in regard to UFO popularity and vortexes. The town is called Iinomachi in Fukushima Prefecture, just outside Fukushima city. Objects and lights have been seen here since at least the 1970s. Just north of the town in the dense forest is the IINO UFO MUSEUM, home to documents, replicas, and books on the subject. Outside is a flying saucer bus stop. Above the museum is Mount Senganmori, which features magnetic anomalies and little alien carvings along its trail. We should ideally be open to learning about other cultures, customs, religions, etc., especially because enough experience will provide us the perspective that others are not much different than ourselves. An obscure charm offered at a Shinto shrine in Japan, for example, mirrors the likeness of Thor's hammer, the lighting bolts of Zeus, and the equal powers of Baal and Yahweh.
