CJ & Lachlan reuniting in Iceland to bring you episode 13 of the El Segundo Podcast. These two go a long way back, meeting in 2013 in Melbourne. The boys talk about everything from gym etiquette, to Jiu Jitsu recovery methods & even B Team launching on Submeta. This was a nice way to close out the Iceland camp that brought hundreds of practitioners from all over to learn from CJ & Lachlan. We went all the way to Iceland to bring you episode 12 with none other than the legend himself, Gunnar Nelson. Gunnar is an MMA fighter for the UFC who got his start in Martial arts at the age of 13! Gunnar started training Jiu Jitsu at the age of 17 & 4 years after that was awarded his Black Belt by Renzo Gracie. In this episode the boys talk about Gunnars incredible ADCC run, training in the blue basement with John Danaher, all the cool places martial arts has taken him & much more!
