Scholar Shares Incredible Book Of Mormon Insights - Brant Gardner | 03
Brant A. He has contributed articles to Estudios de Cultura Nahuatl and Symbol and Meaning Beyond the Closed Community. He has presented papers at the FAIR conference as well as at Sunstone.I wanted to talk with Brant about his incredible discoveries linking Mesoamerica with the Book of Mormon. I wanted to know why he wanted to pursue such in-depth study of the Book of Mormon and if it really stands up to the high standards of archaeological study. Some highlights from this episode are what we can learn from Jesus about how He ministered to the Nephites compared to how He appeared to the disciples in the Old World, why the Nephites were destroyed, and Brant's advice to people struggling in their faith. ----For All The Saints episodes are released every Monday on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and more. How Young Christians Can Influence The World - Roundtable | 02
Jacob Munday and Jared Stewart join me for a broad conversation discussing key issues facing young Christians in today’s society. I wanted to speak to two of my closest friends to get their take on how young people of faith can influence the world rather than being influenced by the world. Jacob and Jared shared really important and relatable insights. Some highlights from this episode are discussing the anti-Christian bias in Hollywood, what it’s like to be in the British Pageant, how to understand feelings of guilt as a Christian, and more!—----Follow For All The Saints on social media and sign up to the newsletter for updates and inspiring weekly messagesFor All The Saints episodes are released every Monday on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and more. **SUBSCRIBE & COMMENT YOUR THOUGHTS BELOW**----Ameh Kenneth Seidu is a peace-builder in Nigeria. The director of Peace Cord Nigeria, Kenneth specialises in deradicalisation, freedom of religion or belief, and empowering women and youth. Kenneth is a ray of light and so talented at what he does, it was important to me to have this conversation as one of my first on the podcast to highlight his incredible insights and experiences. There is much we can learn from Kenneth on striving for peace. Some highlights from this episode are Kenneth's own faith journey, his process for deradicalising, his thoughts on what righteous masculinity is, why there are communities where opening his scriptures is dangerous, and much more. ----Follow For All The Saints on social media and sign up to the newsletter for updates and inspiring weekly messages:For All The Saints episodes are released every Monday on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and more.
