It's not everyday you get to see the faces behind the voices of your favorite animated stars. Well today, we did! Please meet the our next guest on The FilmUp Podcast, Sarah Natochenny.
Sarah is an actor and film editor. She is also an award winning voice actor best known for her work as Ash Ketchum on Pokémon for the last 16 years which is currently in Its 25th season. Since 2006, she's been a go-to actor for protagonists in many animated series like Marian in Robin Hood, Tinkerbell in Peter Pan, and many more.
She has also edited short documentaries for MSNBC, Yale Medicine, SurvivorNet, and several narrative films. She splits her time between New York and LA, and helps domestic animals find good homes wherever she goes. She and her mom have fostered over 100 kittens.

Lighting is an art form that many may not truly understand. There are hundreds if not thousands of varying lighting techniques and equipment that can go into any given production. A lighting designer and gaffer not only need the skillset, but the knowledge of all techniques and equipment, and the knowhow of when to apply it to any given sequence. Matt works as a Lighting Designer and Gaffer. His career has involved hundreds of commercials as well as feature films, tv and broadcast concerts.
