As SEAC (Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman), John was the most senior enlisted service member, by position, in the United States Armed Forces. Cole is a professional hunting guide and owner of "Kramer's Kodiak Guide Service" based out of Kodiak Island, Alaska. His background as a guide began in 2002 when Cole moved to Kodiak, Alaska fresh out of high school. Cole recently led several of the BRCC owners on a successful Alaskan Bear hunt.
