You will build charts to illustrate correlations, patterns, and outliers in your dataset.

Douglas Eck is a Principal Scientist at Google Research and a research director on the Brain Team. His work lies at the intersection of machine learning and human-computer interaction (HCI). Doug created and helps lead Magenta (g.co/magenta), an ongoing research project exploring the role of machine learning in the process of creating art and music.  On today's episode, Anaiya Raisinghani leads a discussion with Doug to explore the intersection of AI/ML and databases.

Today we’re thrilled to celebrate the five-year anniversary of Atlas, MongoDB’s multi-cloud database platform. When we launched Atlas  in 2016, we couldn’t have foreseen the impact it would have on both our customers and MongoDB as a company.  In this, the first episode in a 4-part series, we'll talk with Sahir Azam, Chief Product Officer, and Andrew Davidson about the strategic shift from a software company to a software as a service business.

MongoDB is the fastest growing database on the market today in terms of users. Having MongoDB skills on a resume is extremely valuable. So, as an educator, the challenge is how to teach this so that your students have a well-rounded, current, up-to-date set of skills when they're ready to enter the job market. Today's episode addresses this specific requirement with the introduction of a new course built and published by the MongoDB University Curriculum Engineering team. The course is entitled Introduction to Modern Databases and is now available on the University.
