Phantom Zoned - Episode 17: USS INDIANAPOLIS

Welcome back to Phantom Zoned, the weekly podcast where host Adrian Torres leads us on a voyage through the worst movies that cinema has to offer. If judged guilty of crimes against cinema, the film will be jettisoned into the Phantom Zone, an inescapable prison where they will remain for all eternity. Ths week Scott was supposed to pick a movie but failed, so Adrian punished all of us by selecting USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage. A based-on-a-true-story WW2 Nic Cage movie, where Nic Cage isn't allowed to Nic Cage. Scott apologizes to all of you. Will this movie find its courage in the middle of the Pacific ocean, or will it get its leg ripped off by a CGI Shark? Tune in and find out! Phantom Zoned - Episode 16: ROBOCOP 3

Threequel month is over, but we're still doing the third films in series because we're really terrible at scheduling. This week, Robocop 3 stands at the mercy of the judges. Both Adrian and Scott consider the original one of the best films ever made, so this robo has a tall hill to climb. Will Murphy's third ride compute, or will this movie need some serious reprogramming? Tune in and find out! We've Got WORM - Episode 5: Hive

We are back with another episode of our weekly show dissecting the web serial Worm, arc by arc. As always, Parahumans expert Matt leads first time reader Scott on an epic journey where they discuss, debate, and nerd out on this excellent book. This week the guys tackle Arc 5: Hive. You've all probably noticed that Matt's voice is a little...er...robotic this episode. We had an issue with our recording that resulted in a much lower sound quality for Matt than we're used to. Sound quality is really important to both of us and normally we would have just scrapped this recording and started over, but we were so happy with how the conversation turned out that we decided to just release it as is. If you can please bear with us for this one week, we promise the quality will be back to what you're used to for episode 6 and beyond.   As always, if you have any discussion questions you'd like us to present in the next episode, or just some feedback on how to make this show better, please don't hesitate to reach out to us on one of our many social media platforms.
