He then received his medical degree from Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, graduating in the top third of his class. Dr. Sears completed residency training in orthopaedics at Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago. Following his residency, Dr. Sears received advanced training in the shoulder and elbow through his fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He received additional experience and training in elbow surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and the McFarlane Hand and Upper Limb Centre, Ontario, Canada. After being in practice for three years, Dr. Sears joined Western Orthopaedics in 2014 and specializes in the care and treatment of elbow and shoulder injuries.
