Betty Neumar

Betty Neumar was married five times and all of her husbands died. Some of the deaths were suspicious but police had a very hard time putting together the evidence to charge Betty with any of them. That changed in 2008 when Betty was charged with hiring a hitman to murder her fourth husband Harold Gentry in 1986. Howard Elkins

Reyna Marroquin left El Salvador in 1966 to make a new life for herself in America. She got a job as a factory worker at Melrose Plastics in Manhatten, New York. That's where she met Howard Elkins, the co-owner of the factory, and the two started an affair. Howard was married but continuously told Reyna that he was going to divorce his wife so that they could be together. This was a lie, however, simply used to string Reyna along. Reyna Marroquin's body was found in a sealed drum in 1999, 30 years after she disappeared, underneath a house formerly owned by Elkins. HH Holmes

HH Holmes is often called one of the first serial killers in the United States. Born Herman Mudgett, he took on various aliases over his life, including his most famous one, HH Holmes. Holmes was a con artist and a serial killer. While living in Chicago, he built what many have called his "murder castle." In 1893, the World's Fair came to Chicago and it is believed that Holmes lured many to his "murder castle" under the guise of employment or a place to stay while visiting the fair. Gregory Fester and Jessica Reid were 19-years-old and 17-years-old, respectively, when they went on a drug-fueled crime spree in 2006. The couple left their home in Wisconsin determined to make it to a beach somewhere and they were willing to do anything they had to in order to get what they wanted. Margo Freshwater grew up in Columbus, Ohio. In 1966, she made the decision to head to Memphis, Tennessee to try to get her boyfriend out of jail. She ended up having a relationship with the attorney, Glen Nash, who was supposed to help her boyfriend. Glen Nash had some severe mental health issues and began having delusions.
