2174: Sound Money Revolution: Protecting Wealth in Unstable Times with Lynette Zang
Jason sends his greetings from Lisbon, Portugal! Today, we’ll dive into gold as a key monetary measure. While Jason's not a gold bug, he values gold and silver as insurance rather than investments. True investments, like income property, offer multidimensional benefits such as inflation arbitrage and wealth creation. Gold lacks these characteristics but remains essential for its intrinsic value. Also, join us every second Wednesday for our masterclass on Alabama real estate. Register at https://www.jasonhartman.com/Wednesday and discover why income property is the ultimate investment! Today Jason welcomes back Lynette Zang from Zang Enterprises, highlighting her expertise in the economy, sound money, and precious metals. They discuss the recent surge in gold prices, attributed to global central banks' increased gold purchases, despite market manipulation efforts to suppress it. Zang explains that rising gold prices indicate failing currencies and manipulation by governments to maintain control. She emphasizes the importance of a peaceful return to sound money, like gold and silver, to restore fiscal responsibility and public confidence. Zang also discusses geopolitical instability, the erosion of purchasing power, and the need for community preparedness and global cooperation. https://www.LynetteZang.com #Economy #SoundMoney #Gold #PreciousMetals #FinancialStability #MarketManipulation #FiscalResponsibility #Geopolitics #PurchasingPower #CommunityPreparedness #GlobalCooperation Key Takeaways: Jason's introduction 1:28 Precious metals as insurance 3:17 The difference between money, currency and investments 4:55 Join our masterclass on the Alabama RE market https://www.jasonhartman.com/Wednesday Lynette Zang's interview 5:31 Gold and the manipulation of markets 16:11 Geo-politics, globalization and universal currency 18:43 Is a gold standard possible 21:45 How long till the END 27:15 What is hyperinflation 29:19 "Wagging the Dog" and the wars we can't see 32:41 Cryptocurrencies 37:03 Lynette's new venture Follow Jason on TWITTER, INSTAGRAM & LINKEDIN Twitter.com/JasonHartmanROI Instagram.com/jasonhartman1/ Linkedin.com/in/jasonhartmaninvestor/ Call our Investment Counselors at: 1-800-HARTMAN (US) or visit: https://www.jasonhartman.com/ Free Class: Easily get up to $250,000 in funding for real estate, business or anything else: http://JasonHartman.com/Fund CYA Protect Your Assets, Save Taxes & Estate Planning: http://JasonHartman.com/Protect Get wholesale real estate deals for investment or build a great business – Free Course: https://www.jasonhartman.com/deals Special Offer from Ron LeGrand: https://JasonHartman.com/Ron Free Mini-Book on Pandemic Investing: https://www.PandemicInvesting.com

2173: United Nations and the WEF: Unmasking the Global Elite's Vision for the Future @IvorCumminsScience Part 2
In part 2 of this discussion, Ivor Cummins highlights the significant influence of the Rockefeller family and their collaboration with figures like Henry Kissinger in shaping a new world order. Cummins emphasizes that the Rockefeller Brothers, wielding immense financial power, sought to create a global structure affecting all aspects of life. This effort was characterized by the establishment of influential organizations like the Trilateral Commission and the United Nations, aimed at fostering a totalitarian world order. Cummins argues that this represents fascism and corporatocracy, where corporate power merges with government influence, as evidenced by entities like the World Economic Forum (WEF). Funded by major corporations such as Microsoft, IBM, and Goldman Sachs, the WEF exemplifies the unification of corporate and state power, echoing Mussolini's definition of fascism. This corporatocracy manipulates global narratives, using crises like pandemics and climate change to enforce control and push their agenda, reflecting a profound corporatist influence over global governance. https://thefatemperor.com/ #RockefellerInfluence #NewWorldOrder #TrilateralCommission #UnitedNations #Fascism #Corporatocracy #WEF #CorporatePower #GlobalGovernance #PandemicControl #ClimateChangeAgenda #CorporateState #GlobalElite #PowerAndInfluence https://webinarkit.com/webinar/registration/6668a76c3b56579b5df1f85d Key Takeaways: Jason's editorial 1:29 A glimpse of San Francisco's housing shortage Ivor Cummins interview part 2 2:42 The Rockefeller Studies project and fascism 8:22 Turning any nation into a nation of pigs 10:21 Creating Global "challenges" and its funding partners 14:45 Bill Gates and the influence of the rich and powerful 20:33 Negative and positive stories Follow Jason on TWITTER, INSTAGRAM & LINKEDIN Twitter.com/JasonHartmanROI Instagram.com/jasonhartman1/ Linkedin.com/in/jasonhartmaninvestor/ Call our Investment Counselors at: 1-800-HARTMAN (US) or visit: https://www.jasonhartman.com/ Free Class: Easily get up to $250,000 in funding for real estate, business or anything else: http://JasonHartman.com/Fund CYA Protect Your Assets, Save Taxes & Estate Planning: http://JasonHartman.com/Protect Get wholesale real estate deals for investment or build a great business – Free Course: https://www.jasonhartman.com/deals Special Offer from Ron LeGrand: https://JasonHartman.com/Ron Free Mini-Book on Pandemic Investing: https://www.PandemicInvesting.com

2171: Inside the World Economic Forum: Ivor Cummins Reveals Rockefeller's Global Control Plans Part 1
Jason announces a four-part discussion with Ivor Cummins about 'conspiracy facts' relating to elite infringement on personal freedoms. He also talks about the advantages of investing in single family homes over commercial properties, citing a record high of affordable homes being purchased by investors in the last quarter. Lastly, he emphasized the significant housing shortage in the US, particularly in entry-level homes. Then Jason welcomes Ivor Cummins, author of "Eat Rich, Live Long!", who transitioned from corporate problem-solving to investigating food supply corruption. He shared a conference stage with Jason Hartman, discussing elite class agendas. Cummins, a biochemical engineer, criticized the handling of COVID-19, comparing it to a severe flu. He believes media and pharmaceutical industries push biased information. Cummins also explores the World Economic Forum, linking its origins to Rockefeller influences and global control ambitions. He argues that climate change and pandemics are manipulated narratives. Cummins emphasizes the need for a broad, integrative approach to understand these complex, interwoven issues. 2170: From Real Estate Mogul to Happiness Coach: How Self-Love Increased Profits & Improved Relationships with Brad Chandler
In today's 10th episode, Jason discusses the uptick in housing inventory, which is still historically low, about half of what it should be. The new normal is higher, but the housing market is still at about half of normal numbers, more than double the lowest point during the COVID era. This means that people are still in a stuck resale market with a lock in effect, where people are not willing to give up their incredible deals on mortgages. Home builders are the only people selling homes because they don't have the lock in effect and have short-term money. Jason has found fantastic deals on new homes with home developers, special financing rates, and buy downs. These builders are more flexible and reasonable, and their earnings are doing well overall. Jason recommends talking to his investment counselor about these deals, as things change over time. Then Jason and Brad Chandler discuss the transformative power of self-love and its impact on overall well-being, with Brad emphasizing the importance of self-awareness and addressing the root causes of negative behaviors and beliefs. They also explor the concept of attachment and authenticity in relationships, and how the lack of self-love can lead to self-destructive patterns. Lastly, they introduced the 'Unlock Limitless' quiz designed to help individuals assess their levels of self-love and make positive changes. #peterschiff #inflationary #housinginventory #stuckresalemarket #lockineffect #mortgages #newhomes #builders #mortgageadjustment #cpi #cplie #inflationinduceddebtdestruction #incomeproperty #selflove #happiness #freedom #realestate #income #property #relationships #childhoodtrauma #hypnosis #subconsciousmind #limitingbeliefs #awareness #innerchild #enlightenment #relationships #inflammation #stress #health #cortisol #autoimmunedisease #healing #communication #authenticity #attachment Key Takeaways: Jason's editorial 2:21 Greetings from the Real Estate Guys Cruise 3:29 The current housing market and incredible deals we got for you 6:09 The lock-in effect and IIDD Jason's interview with Brad Chandler 12:39 BradChandler.com 16:28 Your child-like brain and limiting beliefs 19:01 Awareness and the pharma industry 23:56 2 Fears in every relationship 27:21 Self love and how we can practice it 31:56 Being aware 34:51 Happiness coach vs. traditional therapist and pillars to this system 37:32 There is a better way Take the Self Love quiz https://unlocklimitlessyou.com/ Follow Jason on TWITTER, INSTAGRAM & LINKEDIN Twitter.com/JasonHartmanROI Instagram.com/jasonhartman1/ Linkedin.com/in/jasonhartmaninvestor/ Call our Investment Counselors at: 1-800-HARTMAN (US) or visit: https://www.jasonhartman.com/ Free Class: Easily get up to $250,000 in funding for real estate, business or anything else: http://JasonHartman.com/Fund CYA Protect Your Assets, Save Taxes & Estate Planning: http://JasonHartman.com/Protect Get wholesale real estate deals for investment or build a great business – Free Course: https://www.jasonhartman.com/deals Special Offer from Ron LeGrand: https://JasonHartman.com/Ron Free Mini-Book on Pandemic Investing: https://www.PandemicInvesting.com

2168: Uncovering Hidden Wealth: Beating Inflation and Understanding Housing Demand in Real Estate Investing Part 2
Today we delve into the psychology of investing, market predictions, and strategies to beat inflation. We discuss the hidden wealth in income properties, likening them to icebergs with unseen benefits such as principal pay down, tax benefits, and inflation-induced debt destruction. Using a real estate example from 2011-2021, we illustrate how property values surged while mortgage payments decreased in real terms. This phenomenon, driven by inflation, reduces the real cost of debt. Unlike other assets, income properties leverage bank partnerships and tax-deferred exchanges, providing unmatched advantages in an inflationary future. We then dive into the significant impact of population growth on the housing market. Despite a 45 million increase in population, inventory levels per capita suggest a much higher housing demand. Immigrant influxes and births continue to drive demand, even as the baby boomer generation ages. Although forecasts scaled back U.S. population growth to 373 million by 2053, housing demand remains strong due to outdated housing stock and insufficient new builds. From 2006’s peak, housing starts plummeted, creating a prolonged supply deficit. Estimates from major organizations indicate a shortage of 1.5 to 7.3 million units, particularly in affordable housing, reinforcing the need for strategic real estate investments. #RealEstate #HousingMarket #Investing #PopulationGrowth #HousingDemand #IncomeProperty #MarketTrends #InvestmentStrategy #AffordableHousing #SupplyShortage #RentalMarket #PropertyInvestment #HousingShortage #RealEstateInvesting #PopulationGrowthImpact #MarketAnalysis #RealEstateTrends #HousingCrisis #InvestorTips #PropertyMarket Key Takeaways: Jason's editorial 1:29 Income property- it's just like an iceberg 3:54 IIDD 6:58 What's the alternative Jason's Presentation part 2 8:42 Immigration and population 11:31 What's driving housing demand 12:21 Ten years of low supply 14:48 Renter Nation 15:51 Houses too expensive to buy 17:33 Investors bought the highest share on record 18:11 Investor market share 18:44 Buying nearly 1 of every 5 homes 19:13 The housing shortage as told by 11 major firms 21:50 Blog post: Navigating Market Analysis and Forecasts Data to Hold the Strategic Decision Making https://www.jasonhartman.com/blog/ Follow Jason on TWITTER, INSTAGRAM & LINKEDIN Twitter.com/JasonHartmanROI Instagram.com/jasonhartman1/ Linkedin.com/in/jasonhartmaninvestor/ Call our Investment Counselors at: 1-800-HARTMAN (US) or visit: https://www.jasonhartman.com/ Free Class: Easily get up to $250,000 in funding for real estate, business or anything else: http://JasonHartman.com/Fund CYA Protect Your Assets, Save Taxes & Estate Planning: http://JasonHartman.com/Protect Get wholesale real estate deals for investment or build a great business – Free Course: https://www.jasonhartman.com/deals Special Offer from Ron LeGrand: https://JasonHartman.com/Ron Free Mini-Book on Pandemic Investing: https://www.PandemicInvesting.com

2166 FBF: Controlling Money Supply, Changing Demand for Debt & Using Smart Home Technology for Self-Management
This Flashback Friday is from episode 1102, published last December 26, 2018. Jason Hartman takes today's post-Christmas episode to go over some of the news from one of the most news-filled holiday seasons he can remember. There's a clash going on right now between the government (mostly Trump) and the Fed, but is it really such a good idea to let a non-governmental organization have so much control over our money? Jason also looks at how the changing demand for debt is impacting real estate investors, as well as how getting rid of your outdated technology (like keys) can improve your self-management. Also, buy your tickets today for the upcoming Meet the Masters event in Southern California! Key Takeaways: 3:38 This is the most economically newsworthy filled Christmas Jason can remember 7:30 You may not think it's a good idea to have the government interferring with the Fed, but do you really want our currency run by an independent, unaudited thing like the Fed? 13:04 What does the change in demand for debt mean to us as real estate investors? 17:32 Has there been collusion in EU bonds? 23:14 Why you should be using smart home technology Website: www.JasonHartman.com/Masters www.JasonHartman.com/Properties Follow Jason on TWITTER, INSTAGRAM & LINKEDIN Twitter.com/JasonHartmanROI Instagram.com/jasonhartman1/ Linkedin.com/in/jasonhartmaninvestor/ Call our Investment Counselors at: 1-800-HARTMAN (US) or visit: https://www.jasonhartman.com/ Free Class: Easily get up to $250,000 in funding for real estate, business or anything else: http://JasonHartman.com/Fund CYA Protect Your Assets, Save Taxes & Estate Planning: http://JasonHartman.com/Protect Get wholesale real estate deals for investment or build a great business – Free Course: https://www.jasonhartman.com/deals Special Offer from Ron LeGrand: https://JasonHartman.com/Ron Free Mini-Book on Pandemic Investing: https://www.PandemicInvesting.com
