A Chinese businessman and alleged spy has now been identified as Yang Tengbo after a court order protecting his identity was lifted.He was banned from the UK last week amid claims he had formed an "unusual degree of trust" with the Duke of York - Prince Andrew. Judges were told the businessman was attempting to leverage the disgraced Prince's influence.
