I had a pre-recorded interview with Ryan Fowler of Inner Masculine this week. In preparation for the interview I downloaded his free e-book on how the subconscious works and why it keeps us stuck. Reading through his material, I wanted to look at how one could potentially use what I teach in my Practical Law of Attraction course to help them with past trauma as well. According to Ryan, there are five types of subconscious trauma: 1) I'm not good enough 2) I don't belong/fit in 3) I can't get or have what I want 4) Unresolved anger, resentment, bitterness and rage 5) I don't feel safe We've all felt this to some extent, but some people really hold onto these and that holds them back from achieving their goals. It really does come down to mindset, which is not only what Ryan's material is about (And admittedly, it goes way more into depth than my course) but mindset is really what the Law of Attraction is all about as well when you break it down into simple psychology.
