Even though the parents no longer need supports at that level for themselves they have to help their kids. A women and I backed out because we were so unsure about helping our autistic children immediately. And even if our kids were neurotypical. 27:01 Do You Think My Son Has a Chance to Recover from AutismMy son got Diagnosed with ASD at 2.5 yrs old with a CARS-2 ST score 38 as moderate to severe and an IQ as 78. Last week during reevaluation After 1.5 years of intense ABA therapy his CARS score came down to 22 now which is way below than cutoff score and with verbal IQ 100, Non verbal IQ 118 and Visual motor integration IQ 123. His pediatrician said in her practice she has never seen such great progress for any kid diagnosed with ASD. But his developmental psychiatrist still kept the diagnosis of ASD but at level 1 now. We'll continue the therapy but do you think he has chances to recover in future?
