She is currently 14. She was diagnosed with Oppositional Defiance Disorder a few years ago when she was 11. When she was younger she dealt with a delay in speech and I remember she did not talk until completing speech therapy when she was about 3 years old. She pointed and grunted, but she didn't use words until about 3.5, 4. She is currently a freshman in high-school, in special education classes even though the only diagnosis that she has received is ODD. She goes to a public school in Kentucky so there are not a lot of resources around. 23:35 My 3.5 year old son has been in ABA for 40 hours a week for 6 months. He has only made 2-3 months gain on the Vineland (Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales). 26:13 Will my Son Ever Become Conversational? My 3.5 year old is working on Intraverbals in ABA.
