Monica stumbled through this process without having any knowledge of rehabbing, contractors, supplies, or “comps”. It was officially that first project that sparked Monica's passion for real estate as a means to create and maintain wealth.Continuing, Monica discovered Robert Kiyosaki’s education company in 2011 and began her financial revolution and transition into real estate investing.
