Change comes from action. Doable changes are things that you can add into your life, one at a time to make micro shifts and really create a ripple effect that will create a big change over time. Choose one that really piques your interest and roll with it. Here are three Doable Changes from this conversation:RECOGNIZE THE DEMANDS OF THIS SEASON. This doesn’t mean throwing up our hands and saying, I guess I can’t do __ right now. It means looking at what is important right now and what it calls for. It might mean not letting go of something, but letting go of what you think it looks like.BEGIN TO CONNECT WITH THE LAND. You can do this wherever you are. Start by noticing the land around you. Choose a place, maybe a tree. Spend some time being in and with that space. Put your feet on the earth. Touch, lie on, touch the tree. Open to the energetics of the space.ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR INTUITIVE SEVERANCE. In time you will want to heal your intuitive severance to open yourself up to your intuition and magic. Start by acknowledging that your intuition was severed at some point, but it’s there.

Ronnie shows us how habits can stick without getting us stuck in rigidity. And you can create new habits at any stage of life … it’s not too late for you.We talk about: Starting with times you felt fulfilled when you are thinking about purpose or what’s nextLiving what you love to doCommitting to and declaring your purpose — whatever actually doing it looks likeStarting with the lowest most minimal thing you will stick withBeing set in your ways but not being stuck thereTaking away things that hinder you and adding in things that support you in new habitsABOUT RONNIERonnieLo Habit Coach, also known as Ronnie Loaiza (Low-eye-zuh), helps you create easy, doable habits that drive you to your goals without unsustainable hacks or exhausting willpower. Action is how change happens.Often we feel like our actions have to be huge to match the bigness of our desires, but we have seen over and over and over again that the little things add up. By stacking up a series of Doable Changes, you will create that big change that you crave. Choose the one that really resonates with you this week and really make it part of your life. Here are Three Doable Changes from this conversation:SET YOUR MINIMUM. Set the very minimum you will do. One glass of water. Five minutes of exercise. One line in your journal. Starting with a minimum makes it easier to do the thing while you are getting used to it. Then even when the habit is created, when something happens to take you out of it, you can keep the muscle strong by doing the minimum.CREATE A SUCCESS ZONE. When you are trying to set a new habit, take away things that will get in your way and add in things that will support you. If you are trying to drink more water, you might get rid of juice or soda and add in something to keep water cold. If you are trying to have less distractions in bed, you might take the TV out of your room or charge your phone in another space and add a white noise machine or blackout curtain.CELEBRATE. We don’t celebrate enough. Announce that you are doing the thing and then that you’ve done it. It helps your brain notice and that helps build the habit.

Big Answers with Jennifer Urezzio

“When you ask big questions, the universe provides big answers.” –Jennifer UrezzioSpirituality and wellness aren’t extras — but as women they often become that way. What happens when we give them a place at the table? We do that here at PlanSimple, and I’m so excited to talk with Jennifer Urezzio, about weaving spirituality into business.I’m really comfortable with the word soul. It’s one I use a lot, but not everyone does. Here’s how Jennifer is using it this episode: the soul is everything that this energetic being has ever experienced. When we slow down and listen, we can understand how we are meant to be here and connect more deeply. When you are more conscious about what you are doing, little things become blips to get over, not huge earth-shattering issues. We talk about: Healing money issuesGetting permission to share how you can help and why it’s hard to manifest when you aren’t grounded. Activating your central energy channel (with a practice you can do before you do that task at hand)The value of connecting peopleClearing your energy of other people’s stuffNot being afraid to ask for what you really wantABOUT JENNIFERJennifer Urezzio is the founder of Soul Language – a paradigm that puts tangibility to Soul so a conscious connection can be established to enable crystal clear decisions for success. Jennifer is also a master intuitive and the author of two best-selling books. Currently, she has trained over 20 practitioners worldwide in Soul Language. At this time there are over 5,000 individuals all over the world connecting to their Soul Languages.Jennifer has worked with and supported hundreds of successful, highly creative individuals with resolving blocks in their creative process so that new opportunities can be received and created. Her clients consistently relate how Jennifer provides an environment where they feel safe to open up and be vulnerable. She helps them regain their strength and express their big purpose and mission. Jennifer has even been described as “liquid nitrogen” because she has the ability to see the core of possibilities within each individual’s energy field. She is a master at asking the soul-searching questions that allow individuals to understand and perceive new pathways of success and greatness in their lives. In just one session clients report that new possibilities open up for them which allows them to express their creativity, stardom, and greatness in whole new ways to the world.LINKSwww.soullanguage.usBusiness Consciousness quiz LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenniferurezzio/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/jenniferurezzioFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/SoulLanguage/X: https://x.com/SoulLanguageYou tube: http://www.youtube.com/c/JenniferUrezzioDOABLE CHANGESAt the end of every episode, we share three doable changes, so you can take what you've heard and put it into action. Next time a money issue comes up, ask these questions: What am I feeling? What's going on in my head? Then reground yourself. Put something different into the energy field around your money.OPEN YOUR ENERGETIC CHANNEL. Ground your feet on the floor and close your eyes. Try these words (you can record them and repeat them or read them instead of closing your eyes until you know them). “Divine intelligence, fill my body with the feeling and knowing that I'm being loved, supported, and provided for in ways that are seen and unseen.” Pause and notice what you feel in your body.PRACTICE SAYING WHAT YOU REALLY WANT. Pause to get really clear about what you really want. Let yourself know and own whatever that is, even if it is scary or seems impossible. Write down what you really want. Say it aloud.

Reinvention is Remembering with Donna Cravotta

“It's not a reinvention because we're not changing who we are. We are who we are at that point… we're remembering the parts that we literally gave away so we could take care of somebody else.” –Donna CravottaWe’re not reinventing ourselves. We’re finding the best parts of ourselves and turning it into something new. I’m so excited about this conversation with Donna Cravotta, who helps women over 50 become more visible.Donna says that if we take the time to look, we've got possibilities, opportunities, that always surround us. Too often we’re too busy to see them. Often it’s a health crisis that makes us stop and look around. Sometimes it's another life shift. We often hear about young people doing interesting things, but women over 50 are doing amazing things. If you are ready to step into your next thing — and be visible about it, this conversation is for you!We talk about: How social media, PR, and SEO work together to help you get visibleGetting really intentional about who you are talking to and how to capture their attentionFocusing on the things that don’t change—listening, building relationships and trustUnderstand how many clients you need and choose your actions from thereWomen over 50 doing amazing thingsFinding the best parts of you and building something new with themABOUT DONNADonna Cravotta is the CEO and Founder of Cravotta Media Group and the creator of BeVisible.club mastermind, and The Real 50 over 50: The Wisdom Revolution, a visibility project featuring 100+ women over the age of 50 who are quietly, or not so quietly, making a difference. After 40 years of work, she redesigned her business to help authors, speakers, and small business owners combine all of the parts of their stories and mix tried-and-true strategies with new technology to be visible and connect with their perfect audiences.LINKSCravotta Media Group: https://cravottamediagroup.comThe Real 50 over 50: https://thereal50over50.comBeVisible.club: https://bevisible.clubLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/donnacravotta/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cravottamediagroupInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/donnacravotta/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYw6y71QgZXqGifZs4MSOeADOABLE CHANGESAt the end of every episode, we share three doable changes, so you can take what you've heard and put it into action. Take some time to edit your life to find the strengths, values, accomplishments — the things that stick with you — that you want to bring forward and use as the foundation for the next thing you do.POST WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY. Consistency is Different than Frequency with Lisa Mullis

“Your level of consistency is important — and different than frequency.” –Lisa MullisYou have an amazing solution for people … but you can’t seem to convert. You have a million ideas, but they don’t end up on the page or screen. What’s getting in your way? In FLOW365 when we talk about our three most important things, creating content comes up for at least half the people every single week. I bet some of you struggle with this too.I’m really excited to talk with Lisa Mullis, marketing and messaging specialist about making our content easier to create and more effective. We talk about what we actually mean when we talk about content and how much we actually need. Two helpful takeaways: consistency is more important than frequency, and you can and should reuse your content! We also talk about: How a 10-minute writing practice can get you unstuck and bring more ease to weekly contentWhy we start talking about solutions too soon and the CAASE frameworkHow much content you need to produce and the difference between consistency and frequencyReusing your contentWhy we need to repeat ourselves and think about each piece of content standing aloneThinking about social media platforms as tools you use, similar to productivity tools, and picking the one that works best for you.ABOUT LISALisa Mullis is the founder of Paraphrase Communications. She combines 23+ years of messaging, marketing, and small business acumen with a team of tech specialists to help coaches, consultants, and creatives build their businesses.Lisa is driven by a belief that small business has the power to positively shape our economies and communities and a desire to help entrepreneurs and organizations doing good in this world expand their ability to make a difference.Whenever she can get out from behind the screen and jump into RL, she’s usually off adventuring with her family on foot, mountain bike, or boat somewhere near or far to where she’s based in the U.S. Pacific Northwest.LINKShttps://www.paraphrasecomm.com/https://www.linkedin.com/in/lhmullis/DOABLE CHANGESAt the end of every episode, we share three doable changes, so you can take what you've heard and put it into action. Do 10 minutes of ramble or freeform writing every day. Pick a time to do it, set a timer and just keep putting words on the page. This practice can help unstopper what gets stuck in your brain.TALK ABOUT WHERE YOUR CLIENT IS. Practice talking or writing about the challenge your client or customer is experiencing. Then identify attempts they have made to fix this issue. Consider an analogy for the issue. This will help you build a bridge to your solution for potential clients or customers.FOCUS ON CONSISTENCY. What if instead of focusing on being all the places and posting/emailing frequently, you focused on consistency? Pick a manageable frequency. Commit to sharing your content (whatever format you chose) when you say you will. Tell somebody you are going to do it. Schedule time to ramble write, polish the writing (don’t stuck on perfect), and post/send it.
