SHADOE STEVENS is a radio host, producer, writer, voiceover actor, and television personality.  He started in radio as the world's youngest DJ at the age of 11.  From 1988-1995, he replaced Casey Kasem as the host of "American Top 40," the world's most successful and widely syndicated radio show, reaching an estimated 1 billion listeners per week in 120 countries.  Stevens was the voice of CBS' "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson," and is the announcer for the Antenna TV network.  He created and produced over 1100 "Fred R. JOEL GALLEN is an producer, director, and founder and president of Tenth Planet Productions. Gallen has executive produced the "The Comedy Central Roasts, "America's Best Dance Crew," "CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute," "The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony," "The Sing Off," "Last Laugh," "Give It Up For Greg Geraldo."  He also produced "America: A Tribute To Heroes" immediately after the 9/11 attacks, which was simulcast on all major networks.
