Cultural Catalyst - Transforming Culture In The Most Gospel Neglected Places w/ John & Cindi Taylor
In this week's podcast, I sit down with Bethel's Missions Pastors, John, and Cindi Taylor to discuss transforming hearts and culture in the most Gospel neglected places. Please note this interview was recorded prior to the Ukrainian crisis.
The Gospel is not dormant or dead, powerless or passive; it is active and expansive. Yet, there are still people and places that have never heard the Gospel. These places are plagued with idol worship and infested with demonic entities, raging war at the hearts of creation and taking a stance on land that desperately awaits the good news of the Gospel to reach it. But, we play a key role; we are co-laborers of Christ, sanctified saints that are not called to sit on the sidelines of life. Romans 10:14 says, “How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?” It is clear that we have been given a heavenly mandate and a divine duty as Believers. The good news is that through the supernatural power of the Gospel we are not deployed to conquest in our own strength, but to partner with God to see a generation living in the reality of the Gospel and aware of the power of the love of our Father in every tribe, tongue, and nationality.
Their story is a journey of immense faith and a life surrendered to the Gospel. Their faith-filled yes to the Lord led them to an unreached people group as overseas missionaries for 15 years. My prayer as you watch this week’s episode is that you will be ignited with a passion for every ear to hear the Gospel and heart to experience the love of the Father.

Cultural Catalyst - Impacting A Fatherless Generation With Seth Dahl
In this week's podcast, I sit down for a conversation with Seth Dahl to discuss the effects of fatherlessness. Seth Dahl is a family health strategist, worldwide speaker, and author. This profound conversation filled me with hope and renewed vision to see a generation living in the fullness of their identity and restored to the heart of their father. Seth made a remarkable statement in this week's episode; he said, “We have a society that is broken by orphanness that when a real father shows up in their life they are triggered and cannot receive what a father has to offer. The answer is not to prove to them their need for a father, but to ask them questions to help them see a different perspective and dismantle any lies that they have believed.”

Cultural Catalyst - The Stage Of Leadership With Banning Liebscher
In this week's podcast I sat down for a conversation with Banning Liebscher, someone who has an incredible call of leadership on his life. Banning was on our leadership team at Bethel Church for over a decade before planting Jesus Culture Sacramento. In our conversation on leadership Banning stated, “It is important that as a leader when you are challenged to grow, you don’t run from that…What you steward grows.” I could not agree more! So many leaders remain stuck and stagnant, surrounded by the weeds of circumstances without pushing through to reach new levels in their leadership potential. The world is waiting for great leaders to rise and pave a way in society today.

Cultural Catalysts - Accepting The Call Of Leadership With Chad Veach
In this week's Cultural Catalysts podcast I sat down with Chad Veach to discuss leadership.
All throughout history, leaders rise up to take on the position to partner with the Lord to lead a generation – from Moses leading the Israelites out of slavery to King Solomon who united the tribes of Israel under one monarch. For centuries, God has appointed people to lead in compassion and shepherd people searching for a Savior. Today’s times are no different though the challenges and circumstances continually change. So, how do we as leaders partner with Heaven to champion a generation into their purpose and destiny? Chad and I discuss how the Bible is a timeless truth, but each generation is marked with a unique mission from Heaven.

Cultural Catalysts - Living An Empowered Life, With Angelo Jeanpierre
In this week’s podcast, I had Angelo Jeanpierre join me for a conversation on living an empowered life. Angelo is an incredible husband, father of five, author, and Outreach Pastor at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. He has an amazing evangelism anointing and has served Bethel Church and BSSM for over 10 years.
During our conversation, Angelo said: “Jesus died for you, He loves you, He knows everything about our life. When you love your neighbor and let the Lord use you, it empowers you into the reality of why you are alive.” There isn’t a person with all their flaws, shortcomings, or limitations that the Lord cannot use. He chose someone that once persecuted the Church to be one of the greatest Church leaders of all time, He chose a young girl yet to be married to mother the Savior of the whole world. He isn’t limited by our limitations or scared of our sins; He is a good Father looking to touch and heal the hearts of men.
I want to encourage you to examine your heart and ask yourself if evangelism has become more complicated than God intended for it to be. I’d propose that evangelism is simply loving the Father and loving the ones He places in front of you.

Cultural Catalysts - The Sacred Call Of The Artist, With David Noroña & Fabiano Altamura
In this podcast, I sit down for a conversation with David Noroña & Fabiano Altamura, co-directors of Bethel Conservatory of the Arts, about how the world needs anointed artists, sanctified storytellers, and prophetic producers to rise to their high call as Heaven’s ambassadors carrying creative brilliance into every craft.
David says, “Artists...are prophets that are prophesying through story, movement, and emotion.” The truth is not all prophets look the same; the Lord is not limited to a mold of movement or talent template. Rather, He is the Director of the greatest dynamic and transformative story of all time.

Cultural Catalysts - How Spiritual Intelligence Is Influencing Technology With Ryan Collins
In this podcast, Kris Vallotton sits down for a conversation with Ryan Collins, CEO of Bethel School of Technology, and discusses what the Lord is doing in the technology space and how spiritual intelligence is influencing science in the modern day. In this episode of Cultural Catalysts, Ryan shared how the Lord told him, “I am redeeming the tech space so that all would taste my goodness.”
Have you ever considered the amount of faith it took to advance the most transformative inventions in the world today? Consider sitting with the discovery that light is an electromagnetic wave, knowing you would have to convince people that something completely invisible to the human eye was powerful enough to cause light to shine! This brilliant finding catapulted modern science and has been the foundation of inventions such as the light bulb, wifi, and radar. In a sphere of humanistic values and atheistic beliefs, the scientist James Clerk Maxwell ventured into uncharted territories believing that the seen world was made from the unseen and thus discovered electromagnetic waves (Hebrews 11:3).
Ryan Collins, “So, how did humanity get to the point that we could operate in an unseen realm if we didn’t know that it first existed? Unless, of course, a precedent was set in modern science in which humans thought and functioned in a hidden realm to pull unseen ideas and solutions into our natural world. Our modern world was built on the shoulders of Maxwell’s spiritual intelligence.”

About Cultural Catalysts:
I have fostered the dream in my heart to see cultural catalysts from all spheres, backgrounds, and generations to gather together and teach, equip, and inspire others to become cultural catalysts – world changers in this day and age. I am excited to announce the release of Cultural Catalysts — a show to teach people to live fully alive, co-labor with God, and change the world.
Whether you are a stay at home mom taking each day as they come, or you’re uncertain how the desire to make an impact could you ever come about, or you’re the CEO of a large company, leading the way in your industry...I’d propose He has made you a cultural catalyst; a world changer, a society shaper. Transforming the world takes so much more than a big platform and a large following — it is the mundane moments in our day that shape the course of history; loving the one in front of you and being Jesus to the world around you.
