Screw It Just DO It with Alex Chisnall
Welcome to the Screw It Just DO It podcast
Subscribe and be a part of the movement to help you get to where you want to be.
I'm your host Alex Chisnall, and on this podcast I look to answer one simple question:
How do you get to where you want to be?
I chat to inspirational entrepreneurs, sports stars, and entertainers who took the leap.
They became the people they wanted to be. They did what they always wanted to do.
They might just help you discover how to do it too...
I'm an entrepreneur and podcaster, who's fascinated by human potential. I love taking my guest's experiences plus things I have learnt along the way to help others get to where they want to be.
I'm super-proud for this show to be in the top 1% of all podcasts globally, listened to in 180+ countries and charted #1 everywhere from the UK to Uganda.
Every Wednesday morning we launch a new episode and we encourage and are grateful all your comments.
Cheers,
Alex 🤘🏼

Four Positives to Come Out of the Coronavirus
Welcome to Saturday's Solo Episode. In this week's episode, I talk about four positives that have come out of the Coronavirus crisis. The four R's: refocus, reconnect, remote and running. Refocusing on what is truly important to you both in your personal life and your business life. It is a good time to go over your roadmap, refocus, what's important to you both from a business perspective? What has been important during this time is reconnecting. I've loved having zooms with my friends. My team already worked remotely, so it's not completely alien to me. I have started a free Podpreneur Facebook group to help people who want to learn to podcast during this this lockdown and show people that you can do it literally for free with just the technology and free software that's on your phone and in your laptop. I am now addicted to running and it is great to see that other people have discovered running. Those are my four R's. Now is a great time to come on over to my Podpreneur group. Let me know your thoughts. What are you focusing on? Who you can reconnecting with? Are you all for remote working? Have you become a runner? Or is there another sport now that you are pushing yourself outside?

Fear of Selling
Welcome to Saturday's Solo Episode. In this week's episode I talk about Fear of Selling. One of the common themes that are coming up regularly is that people are scared to sell. People genuinely are in fear of selling, of selling their products and services, selling themselves and it's been covered a number of webinars. I believe you owe it to yourself, your business, your family, the world economy to it to be selling. "If you are solving, providing a solution to somebody else's problem with your products and services, then you will look back on this time and regret not telling more people about your products and services."

Welcome to Saturday's Solo Episode. In this week's episode I address Fear - there is a lot of it around at the moment. Fear of catching the coronavirus. Fear of going out. Fear of doing anything. Now is not the time to roll over and die. Yes, things are tough for most people. And I'm not even talking about . If you're a business owner you're extremely lucky if you haven't been impacted by the financial implications of Covid-19. I know I have. I've learnt some powerful lessons. And I'm using fear as a positive. As a motivator. To re-assess my podcast agency business. To re-assess my life. To re-envision it. To recalibrate. To re-set. And make sure that when things turn. And they undoubtably will. I'll be in position to go again. Stronger than pre-coronavirus. I hope the world. And you. Are doing the same. On this week's episode I also talk about: Podpreneur - the new FREE Facebook Group for aspiring podcasters that I launched with 13 people last week and is already up to nearly 400! Come join us here. How to Bounce Back & Reinvent Yourself with Damion Lupo
In this weeks episode, I wanted to find a really inspiring episode from the past that bore parallels to the present. This episode "How to bounce back and reinvent yourself" with Damion Lupo says it all really and totally resonates with the current times we're living in. To try and give you some hope out there that somebody like Damion, as a result of the last financial crisis in 2008, found himself losing close to $20 million in just a few months. He managed to turn everything around, managed to reinvent himself and as he says, shown time and again, that the human spirit is only limited by the scale of one's imagination. Let's StartUp!

Success Habits, Rituals & Routines
Welcome to episode 220, I thought I would find some things that are useful to you, some tools that you could use. The first solo episode I ever recorded was habits, rituals from all the lessons that I've learned from people that I've interviewed in the first year and a half of the show. I thought it would be helpful to share episode with you now because I think at the current time for me if you can start your day with a routine, finish your day with a routine, you've got two bookends that are two stable solid pillars in your life that you can rely on. If you don't have routines, then please have a listen and implement them. If you've already got routines see what you can take from this podcast.
