Jesus is born, and His birth is proclaimed to shepherds which includes good news for all of us. An older man and woman praise God as Jesus is presented at the temple. We find that looking at Christ is the only way to "see your salvation", that Jesus grows up in ways all humans do and the parents of the savior of the world can lose track of a child like anyone else.
