What exactly is an autoimmune disease?
TV presenter Teigan Nash looks like she has the Instagram-perfect life - travels to exotic locations for work, is a regular on the red carpet and embraces hardcare adventures. Since 2018, she has been hiding an autoimmune disease (basically, it’s when the immune system attacks the body). In 2018, she was diagnosed with Crohn’s but it was only in late February that she announced her battle on social media.
