Grow old with you stock! Weekly buys, Smashing Pumpkins, KMB, MO, DUK, SPG, WMT, ED.....

I recap the weekly buys, talk about stocks I want to grow old with, cover the covered call I wrote again! I talk a little politics, and queue up my song of the show. MO covered call - Own (100) shares, average $36.98. Sold a 6/12 $37.50 covered call for $1.21 ($121 - .65 Schwab comission fee = $120.35). I keep that $120.35 no matter what. The contract break even is $38.71. My break even is $39.55 ($37.50 + .84 dividend + $1.21 Premium). If the share price is below $38.71 on 6/12, odds are they will not be called away. If they are called away, I will be paid up until $37.50. Should that happen I will gain a grand total of $2.57/share or $257, which is a gain of .069% in 25 days. Almost 7% gain in under a month isn't too shabby!! If this is unclear, please go to YouTube and search "What is a covered call"......!!! Song of the show - "Tonight Tonight" by The Smashing Pumpkins Tickers mentiond in this episode - WMT, SPG, DUK, ET, PRU, PEP. JNJ, KMB, ED, MO, CL, ACB, NIO, HMNY.
