Berkshire Hathaway has bought Barrick Gold (GOLD) and I bought it on 6/12/20 for the SDIRA portfolio and touched on it in the podcast. In all seriousness, I felt most comfortable with Barrick Gold from the research I did - Just nice to know it's on par with Buffet! HA! You should be able to determine what stock to buy and not have someone do that for you. One of the metrics I use is free cash flow dividend payout ratio, to determine if I want to buy a company. I also chat about what I'm working for and why I work so frequently in my 40s.  Why I'm not overly concerned with the upcoming US Presidential election and you shouldn't be either. Especially XOM, as the entire energy sector has been way down for over a year now.
